Dr. Harrop is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. From start to finish, every visit to her office has been smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. She has such a calm, reassuring presence and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts me at ease. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Harrop for over 15 years. She Is an absolutely incredible dentist. She cares very much about her patients both feeling and looking their best. The entire team is wonderful - from the receptionists to the hygienists. I have had only great experiences at this clinic. The level of professionalism and care at Balmoral Dental Arts is unrivalled, in my opinion. Highly recommended!
As someone who has developed a lot of unease about going to the dentist - this place was so nice. The staff was wonderful and understanding. They took their time. They answered all my questions. As someone who has not been to the dentist since 2019, due to anxiety, this place really made sure I was okay throughout the appointment.
I have been a customer at Balmoral Dental Arts for over 25 years. Have been very happy with the quality of service and Dr. Harrop continues to earn my trust. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Rashti yesterday and am very impressed. I hope to continue with this practice for the next 25 years.
