I am someone who suffers from pretty severe dental anxiety due to past dentists. Dr TJ and everyone at this clinic are fantastic and truly listen to their patients. I had some fillings done, and it was the easiest, most calming dental experience I have ever had. I wish I could rate them higher. I am so grateful to have found this team who works with their patients, and truly listens to their concerns.
Great experience. Transferred from a previous dental practice in Banff as I wasn't 100% confident. This practice gave me all the information I needed, straightforward breakdown of my treatment plan. Receptionists were fantastic, super helpful and attentive. Felt very confident with my treatment plan from my dentist, he was very patient with all of my questions and laid out all of my options during my consultation. I really appreicate that my hygienist always educates me even a little small things for better and healthy oral care. Also she's very good with my chatty daughter, and always explains / answers to the 8yrs old curiosities (ex. bunch of tools and equipments)
banff dentistry clinic is the best dental services provider in banff. i appreciate the communication and personal aproach to me as a client. ladies at reception are such sweathearts, same as Eden, the assistant. Dr. TJ is the doctor I always choose to take care of me and I have never been disappointed!
I have been to a lot of dentists over the years as I tend to move often. Banff Dentistry is exceptional all around.. the staff at the front desk are great, the facilities are lovely, and the hygienists and doctors are compassionate and professional. Thanks to everyone there for all your help!!
