Signed up in April 2025 as a regular patient. I have had a cleaning and a couple checks on a front tooth filling since I signed up. It's been a pleasant experience since the start. Everyone has been very kind, considerate, and accommodating with both a good answer and good knowledge of whatever issue was at hand for the day. Here’s a polished, warm review you can post: ⸻ I’ve had a great experience at this dental office. I’ve been seen on time for both of my appointments, which really shows how much they value my time. Krista, the hygienist, is incredibly knowledgeable and was so gentle, something I really appreciated since I have sensitivities around the roots of my molars. The reception team is always friendly and welcoming, and Dr. TJ was both knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Always great, Rachel is the reason I keep coming back. She is professional and also makes the time to get to know me and remembers things about me 6 months later, making it personal and making me feel welcomed and cared for, like I am not just another patient. I trust her and she makes me less scared of going to the dentist.
