I am someone who suffers from pretty severe dental anxiety due to past dentists. Dr TJ and everyone at this clinic are fantastic and truly listen to their patients. I had some fillings done, and it was the easiest, most calming dental experience I have ever had. I wish I could rate them higher. I am so grateful to have found this team who works with their patients, and truly listens to their concerns.
Such a nice place! All the staff is kind and friendly. They make the experience of coming to the dentist very pleasant. Also the view are amazing
Great experience. Transferred from a previous dental practice in Banff as I wasn't 100% confident. This practice gave me all the information I needed, straightforward breakdown of my treatment plan. Receptionists were fantastic, super helpful and attentive. Felt very confident with my treatment plan from my dentist, he was very patient with all of my questions and laid out all of my options during my consultation. Had an emergency visit for my toddler and they help us right away. They gave us referral to children's dental clinic in Calgary was booked immediately. This is our 3rd year with this clinic and best service in Bow Valley!
I really appreicate that my hygienist always educates me even a little small things for better and healthy oral care. Also she's very good with my chatty daughter, and always explains / answers to the 8yrs old curiosities (ex. bunch of tools and equipments)
