I have visited three times recently to Banff Dentistry and all of my visits were awesome. Dr. TJ is very friendly, knowledgeable and explain the patient according to the understanding with the level of the patient for the situation of my teeth. Rachel did my teeth cleaning was great too. All of the receptionists went extra miles to make sure that I will be able to utilize two of my insurance covered during my visit. I really appreciate your kindness and assistance. I bit into a rock and chipped a tooth while eating a dried date the other day so I looked up dental offices online and found Banff Dentistry. I called them right away and spoke with Rikki who was very kind and helpful and was able to book me in for an appointment the following day. The dental assistant Eden and Dr. TJ were also really nice and repaired my chipped tooth without any complications. I cannot recommend Dr T J enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr T J and Eden are not only highly skilled but also take the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and informed. The office is spotless. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to my appointments. Thank you for such exceptional care!
Broke my tooth on Thanksgiving dinner. I called the next day to make an appointment, the front desk was kind and empathetic towards my situation and worked with me to get an appointment that would work for my schedule. After arriving at the office, I was collected by one of the dentistry staff and walked to the back. Once again met with kindness and empathy. Dr. Sajjad is extremely competent, very caring and provides good commentary on what she’s doing as she goes - which I appreciate. Even though I have high anxiety for these procedures she’s earned my trust over several years. The dental hygienist team is also excellent and competent. Today was an extraction in the way to a ‘bridge’, and she’s done a couple of crowns and filling replacements over the years. All done with mastery. Totally recommended!
