I have visited three times recently to Banff Dentistry and all of my visits were awesome. Dr. TJ is very friendly, knowledgeable and explain the patient according to the understanding with the level of the patient for the situation of my teeth. Rachel did my teeth cleaning was great too. All of the receptionists went extra miles to make sure that I will be able to utilize two of my insurance covered during my visit. I really appreciate your kindness and assistance. Visited this dentist office as an emergency walk in while traveling. The entire staff was very welcoming and caring. They all worked hard at making me comfortable from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the doctor! Dr. Franchise saw me very quickly, took the time to assess and diagnose the problem, and gave me great advice and prescribed meds to deal with the issue, as well as a thorough recommendation for what to look for and what I would need as aftercare. My husband recently had a fantastic experience at Banff Dentistry. We are from NZ and travelling in Canada. He had terrible toothache so went to Banff Dentistry to see if he could possibly get an appointment. He was seen promptly at 8.30 and then had treatment at 4pm. which was such a relief as otherwise our holiday would have been spoilt. Everyone was so friendly and professional and we are so grateful to them all for the wonderful care my husband received.
Excellent services. I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in and solve my problem on the same day. The dentist, his assistant and the receptionist were all very friendly and professional. I will definitely return.
