Excellent in all manner. Hygienist was kind while very professional. Didn't even use the shaming approach for not flossing! Instead informed and educated. Reception top notch. And oh yes, Dr. Barlow is great too!
Just a lovely experience from day 1 on! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to see a dental organization that cares enough to explain in great detail all my options on my dental care! The entire team at Barlow Smisek dentistry is kind, informed, thoughtful and efficient. Today I had an impromptu consultation with Dr Smisek and she was so responsive and thorough. Christa, my hygienist, did such an excellent job and took great care to my unusual and particular details. The admin staff, Carol and Courtney, ensured that I understood everything. We've been patients at this practice for many years and love the quality of service, as well as the warmth we feel in the office.
Staff is always very friendly and provide great dental care. My Hygienist today was Cassie and she was very easy to talk to. Had the full experience today with X-rays, gum measurements, cleaning and Dr check. Highly recommend this Dental Office
Everything went smoothly, from time I arrived till I left. I had a filling done no pain, lots interest shown to my comfort. Our discussion on my situation went well, he showed a lot of patients and explained my situation, and the remedy's that could take and the complications.
