I cannot say enough great things about this office. I have been coming here for years and have always felt like I was being pushed through. I have had some serious needs for dental work, and was told it wasn't important, or didn't need fixing. I attended the office last week for a routine cleaning, and to my surprise, was asked about all of my concerns, and even more to my surprise, was listened to! Went to the clinic after 3 years and was pleasantly surprised !!! The staffs all helpful and knowledgeable regarding processing the insurance!! Can’t say enough!! I learned a lot!! Smiling laughing and the place is clean and organized - especially the front desk-very inviting All new smiling faces!! Relaxing atmosphere and looking forward to going back in December. Excellent service and customer service. The Dr. Was always amazing. Always asking me if I was ok , any pain and always explaining me what he did and why. His assistant was very kind too.
Amazing staff here, reception Kim is very nice and well organized, Dr. Firas is the best, very professional and give a great advises, his first priority is your health and what is best for you, his assistant Anna is very nice, great experience, Highly recommend, thank you everyone in Barrhaven South Dentistry.
I have been coming to this dentist for over 12 years now and now my family does too! All the staff are super friendly and it's always a lovely experience going there for myself but especially for the kids. The big smiles from the hygienists and dentist, etc. are super helpful in making our children's experience positive ones! Diane and the other admins are super friendly and always go above and beyond for the kids as well and as a parent that is very important to me. Highly recommend! :)
