So it my first time visiting a dentist I decided to try one today from booking my appointment to fixing my broken tooth was seamless. Elisa (I don’t know if I got the spelling right room 6) he was amazing and Maria was so friendly and amazing I was so comfortable and welcomed. I will be going back again for my tooth wash. My part time dentist left the practice, so I was nervous about having a new dentist assigned to meet my needs. I experience significant anxiety about having dental work done, especially since I don't respond well to freezing. I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Chdid, my newly assigned dentist, and all the staff at this practice. They are kind, professional and very supportive.
I had a great experience considering my dislike of dentists due to my past. Kim was exceptional with getting my mind off what was to happen by talking about Glenda the cow. The dentist himself talked to me throughout the procedure and that made me more comfortable. Thank you for great experience.
I was content before, but environment is somehow calmer now, perhaps because the dentists and hygienists have been scheduled more consistently. This is a huge change and improvement (previously, there were many part timers and you couldn’t always be sure who you would see). The front desk is very, very efficient, as well as helpful, organized and pleasant. Between my kids and me, and some extra work we needed done, we’ve been there plenty in the past couple of weeks to be able to leave a positive and informed review.
Awesome service, friendly, kind and caring staff. sarah and trish at the front desk are extremely nice. Cannot say enough of dianna who has been my hygienist for over a year now. Kim and Pham are very comforting and finally Dr Feras is an excellent dentist, thank you for saving my teeth. I commute one hour to the office and it’s worth the drive.
