I LOVE everything about this place. The staff are super friendly. Dr Sam is great. The whole experience is so easy going that you do not realize that you have had your teeth worked on. But they are also very professional and detail oriented. Everything is explained and you are given options. They help you out in anyway that they can
I now enjoy going to the dentist! My regular checkups are very comfortable & painless. I recently had 2 crowns done & was very surprised how easy & completely painless the process was. (Also each one was done in a few hours! No temp. one & coming back another day!) Dr. Sam & his staff are just so nice!
Here for a cleaning, Nicole is always friendly and upbeat. She is thorough and kind to my gums. I have had hygienists who have been rough on my gums and I appreciate Nicole’s thoughtfulness. The reception staff are cheerful, they know my family, we have a short visit each time I visit. The office is always emasculate without an over bearing “dentist” smell. It’s an odd thing to say in the greater context of dentist visits, but I love my dentist office!
Dr. Sam and his team from reception to assistants and hygienists are the best! I have been to many dentists having moved a lot and have never experienced such great care as I have at Bartlett & Main Family Dental! They are honest, accommodating, and friendly, and the dental work they do is the best. I will be a lifelong patient here and am so happy I have a dentist I can trust and rely on!
Always professional, friendly service from entering the office to the exit. Do their best to make you comfortable. Fair pricing too. I highly recommend Bartlett & Main Family Dental Centre.
