the staff are very helpful, kind, and polite. Appointments are easy to schedule, reschedule, or cancel. I dont feel any judgement for my difficulty in maintaining dental care in between of visits and they all work with me to help lessen my anxiety while im there. the dentists are very efficient and seem to try to help as many people as they can and answer all questions in a straightforward way that i really appreciate. they give suggestions for further, uninsured care as needed but i havent felt pressured when i decline
After avoiding all dental care for 20 years I was genuinely surprised and deeply grateful to the staff. They explained every step of the cleaning and follow up processes and did a fantastic job of easing my fear. On top of that I actually felt welcome which was a huge relief and not what I excepted from the Ottawa area. Will definitely stay as long as I can!

My visit to Baseline Dental was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly polite, caring, and professional. The amount and quality of work they completed in the time I was there was truly phenomenal. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Without a doubt, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
What an amazing experience. The hygienist and dentist were very professional and kind for my check up. The hygienist did such a good job! Stacey at the front was absolutely amazing. I could tell she was very busy, but did not let it affect her at all! She was so kind and explained all the insurance information to me with a smile on her face! Highly recommend this place!
