Besides Dr. MANSOUR, everything is fine at this dental care. The reception team at front is efficient and professional, the hygienists are helpful. I was a regular client but my last experience with Dr. Mansour was horrible and I never returned. I have anxiety issues and the doctor showed no empathy towards my treatment and kept it rude behavior on. Seems like a butcher rather than a doctor. We have visited Dr. Hamid Mansour several times, and every experience has been excellent. He is professional, patient, and very kind with my daughter. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes us feel comfortable and informed. My daughter can be challenging during appointments, but he handles her with great care and understanding. We are always very satisfied with the care we receive and highly recommend Dr. Mansour.
We hadn’t got around to finding a family dentist since moving to Ottawa. As luck would have it, I bit down on something hard and completely split my back tooth. My partner did a random google search for emergency dental care and we reached out to Baseline Family Dental. We had a great experience at this dental clinic for my son. Dr. Mansour and the staff were very kind, patient, and professional. My son had swelling and pain, but Dr. Mansour handled everything very carefully and made him feel comfortable. He explained the situation clearly and provided the right treatment. I truly appreciate their care and would definitely recommend Dr. Mansour to other parents.
the staff are very helpful, kind, and polite. Appointments are easy to schedule, reschedule, or cancel. I dont feel any judgement for my difficulty in maintaining dental care in between of visits and they all work with me to help lessen my anxiety while im there. the dentists are very efficient and seem to try to help as many people as they can and answer all questions in a straightforward way that i really appreciate. they give suggestions for further, uninsured care as needed but i havent felt pressured when i decline
