I went to see Dr. Mansour for a new crown, he and his team were professional and attentive, addressing all of my concerns. He made sure I was well informed of all procedures, something that made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Baseline Family Dental to anyone in the area. I found the receptionist are lovely, they make you feel very welcomed.. My wait was never long and all my work was done with efficiency and pride. Thank you all for an easy enjoyable dental visit.
I've had dental work done in various places around the world, but Dr. Hamid Mansour stands out as one of the best. I recently had a root canal done, and he was incredibly skilled, making the entire process smooth and pain-free—both during the procedure and afterward. Dr. Mansour and his assistant did an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
Appointment was great! My appointment was for 9: 30 am. I was in and out with procedure done with freezing which I never felt, before 9:30! I arrived early for appointment and they took me early.

Being a new patient/client I had a terrible experience with the Dr. Mansour. I am not sure if he's having a bad day but he should have treated me better. I was just asking him about the cost of services and he was angry when he answers me. It's very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Clients deserve to be treated fairly and equally. The front desk and the assistant are great though.
