I always have a positive experience at Baseline Family Dental. From the friendly receptionists to the much experienced dentist. My dentist, Dr. Savescu, is experienced, very gentle, caring and explains every procedure thoroughly. I would recommend Baseline Family Dental.
I visited Dr. Mansour for a tooth filling. While he completed the procedure in just a few minutes, it felt quite rushed. Additionally, the water tap at the dental chair was out of order, and I had to go to the washroom to remove filling residues, without anyone informing me beforehand. I pushed the water button on the dental chair for some minutes and no one was there to even answer my questions. I would have appreciated clearer communication and more attention to the overall experience.
