I'm visiting from Brampton. Camping at Lake Superior Provincial Park. I had a lot of pain from one of my teeth. Through the emergency # I was directed to the Bay Dental group. I was was greeted with a smile, at the front desk. After a little paperwork, I meet the Dr. Lin. He was great, found the tooth that bothered me, showed me the crack and proceeded with a temporary filling. Also showed the crack was deep. Gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Very long time patients. Rachel was great at my cleaning appointment as were the reception staff. Timely, efficient, friendly. Glad you take the new Canadian Dental Plan Insurance!
The staff are still wonderful as always, and very nice to work with. The new office space is very clean and well lit, and it has that modern feel. The only real complaint is the sketchy elevator, we tried to use it but it felt like it was going to break. We ended up using the stairs instead.
My hygienist was Sandra, she was absolutely amazing. Such a kind and caring woman. I was really anxious and expressed this to her and she was so kind and sweet about it. If you are going to Bay Street dental request Sandra, she is an amazing lady and made my experience great (well as good as a visit to the dentist could be lol). Thankyou Sandra for being such an amazing person❤️
Dental assistant Mara is so pleasant and informative, it makes a dental visit pleasant. Dr. Piscopo is absolutely thorough both in his work and explanation of each step. Michelle at Reception looked into dental insurance problem that arose and brought the next appointment sheet directly over to me as I was using a cane. Overall a very satisfying and even enjoyable visit!
