Always greeted at front desk by pleasant staff, and experienced a new hygienist at this visit who was extremely sweet and professional. She answered all my questions and concerns. I felt she was extremely thorough and gentle with teeth cleaning. Have frequented this establishment for many years and highly recommend!
Everyone at Bay Dental is kind, compassionate, respectful and professional. Dr. Piscopo is amazing. He is meticulous and his work exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the environment they have created and their commitment to excellence. They listen, provide information and guidance, and thoroughly explain options. They completed work in a timely manner and made the process smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend!
Highly recommend Bay Dental! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My dentist is fantastic - skilled and always takes the time to explain things.. His assisants are equally skilled and wonderful. A truly caring and professional team.
Super friendly staff (Sandra). Very accommodating, as they were able to fit in a little repair at the same time as my check up. Reception is always super pleasant to deal with. The dentists are all super understanding about dental anxiety lol. 10/10 all around
I'm visiting from Brampton. Camping at Lake Superior Provincial Park. I had a lot of pain from one of my teeth. Through the emergency # I was directed to the Bay Dental group. I was was greeted with a smile, at the front desk. After a little paperwork, I meet the Dr. Lin. He was great, found the tooth that bothered me, showed me the crack and proceeded with a temporary filling. Also showed the crack was deep. Gave me a prescription for antibiotics.
