I love the group at Bay Street Dental. I always feel so welcomed from the moment I walk in the door and Carol greets me until I get my next appointment from Cindy and walk out. I’ve been a client for 30 years. The services are always professional and Dawn has been doing a wonderful job at keeping my teeth healthy. When I need work done Dr. Murray is amazing, she treats you like you are her only patient of the day. Her dentistry is top notch and she looks after any concerns you may have.

Dr Susan Murray is the best, compassionate, caring and most helpful in recommending the right solutions for me. My smile had been ruined with a previous front tooth implant. I lost all confidence to smile. Dr Murray & her Ceramist Jim went above and beyond, spending time perfecting colour of new crown to give me my confidence and smile back. Compassionate True professionals who truly care. I cannot thank them both enough!
Excellent service. Larissa, the Hygienist, must love her job because she is so almost obsessed in her ensuring her client leaves with a thoroughly cleaned mouth. She's also kind and professional. Stella the administrator is second to none in her professionalism, follow-through and flexibility with clients and their "demands". These are the reasons why I've stuck with this clinic for more than 25 years!
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Susan Murray. She has been my dentist for many years now, & is the most warm, empathetic, & highly skilled professional that I have ever met.
