Just started with Bay Street Dental Associates. From initial greeting through the friendly assistant carrying out a very comprehensive X-ray, to the initial meeting with the dentist, again comprehensive and thorough but pleasant discussion on history and X-ray results, to the highly professional (and pain-free) hygienist, I would rate the staff and service superb. Thank you.
As per usual for my experience with your Whole Dental Practice: All of your staff are exceptional, but I must make a special mention for Dawn who is very special and extremely friendly, as are all of your staff. I have always had a morbid fear of dentists as a whole (since I had a bad experience as a child) but, I have been coming to this dental practice for 46 years since coming to Canada, and I always know I will be well taken care of. The whole staff at Bay St is great!! Dawn does a great job at keeping my teeth clean and Dr Campbell is the best dentist I have ever had!!! Cindy and Meaghan are great as well
This clinic is shockingly unprofessional and completely disorganized. I was referred here for urgent dental extractions, yet no one even bothered to verify my information or coverage before speaking to me about payment even though I am covered under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). Instead of doing their job properly, I was told that if I can’t wait, I should just pay out of my own pocket.
