Arrived at my appointment slightly early. Checked it. Was in waiting room 2 minutes and saw my hygienist, Larissa, just prior to my appointment time. Very efficient and informative to how to keep my teeth healthy. Dr. Campbell quick and efficient too. Invoicing a breeze with Stella and quickly setup next appointment. Biggest problem is parking but I go to Manulife building and spend $50+ at LCBO to get free 2 hours of parking.
Dr Murray and all her staff are awesome. Top quality care sprinkled in with great friendly people makes the whole experience wonderful. I recommend Bay Street Dental Associates to anyone who's looking for exceptional dental care.
I have been going to Bay Street Dental for over 35 years and am never disappointed. Driving now from Oakville and will continue to go to this place. Stella always accommodating and friendly as the receptionist and Larissa is a great hygienist and Dr Campbell very informative about any procedure which is about to be done.He is a kind and excellent dentist.
I love the group at Bay Street Dental. I always feel so welcomed from the moment I walk in the door and Carol greets me until I get my next appointment from Cindy and walk out. I’ve been a client for 30 years. The services are always professional and Dawn has been doing a wonderful job at keeping my teeth healthy. When I need work done Dr. Murray is amazing, she treats you like you are her only patient of the day. Her dentistry is top notch and she looks after any concerns you may have.
I've been going to Bay Street Dental for years now, first as a patient of Dr Szainwald and when he retired, as a patient of Dr Campbell. Both are excellent! I'm always impessed with the professionalism, care, and friendliness from everyone, from Stella at reception to the wonderful hygienist Larissa, who is meticulous about her work. Thanks to the whole team!
