This whole team of people are fantastic. From the front desk to the doctors. They are extremely helpful and are very gentle with their jobs. I suffer from extreme dentist anxiety but with them it’s much easier to handle to stress of someone in your mouth with hardware. 100/10 recommend to everyone.
I was really excited to see Dr. Joshi after reading many glowing reviews and sought her out in particular even after she moved clinics. I have an emergency situation (wisdom tooth infection) and they took my information including combined insurance (private student insurance + ODSP). I was told twice that I would receive a call back and never did, presumably because of my provincial coverage which pays dentists out less than other insurances. The staff at beamsville dental have helped me get over a lifelong fear of dentists. Their welcoming ways and skill helped put me at ease, which was no easy feat. I now look forward to my appointments 🙃 and my NEW smile 😃
Dr. Joshi is the first dentist that I have encountered that immediately shows empathy and puts your mind at ease instantly with confidence that she will make sure you are okay! My husband had an abcessed tooth and has a heart condition, his blood pressure/heart rate were out of control from the pain, as soon as we stepped into Dr. Joshi's office, the staff put us at ease. This Dental office is incredible. I have been going here for ten years now and I have nothing but great things to say. They are also great with kids and are very comforting for people of all ages. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could. Dr. Joshi is the greatest, she’s always honest, kind and to the point. Love her sense of humour and I miss it when I go and she isn’t there.
