As a new patient to Bearbrook Dental, I have been very pleased with all aspects of my care. Dr Kaur and assistant Vicky are very professional and reassuring. As are all of the staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would definitely refer family and friends to this office.
Always clean, professional, friendly and efficient. They communicate well to ensure you never miss an appointment. Office is in a good location, easily walkable from public transit, and has plenty of parking.
Very informative and they do not rush you. Friendly atmosphere and they care about their patients. Highly recommend🙂
Would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. Arrived for my appt. at 11:20am and did not get attended to until 12:10pm. Appointment was at 11:30am and there wasn't a single other person in the building. The hygienist told me she didn't know I was here. Meanwhile the receptionist told me they didn't mark me as present even after I checked in while they didn't seem to care. Her name is Marianne. The hygenist is Natasha.
