Very challenging to find dental offices nowadays where the admin is aligned with the medical side, and they provide quality care even if you are on medicaid. My 1st experience at Beekman’s Dental with the administrative portion of the appointment setting, and its follow-up, and the consult with the doctor, was excellent indeed. I cant say enough about Beekman Dental Care in Sleepy Hollow. From the girl at the front desk to the Dental assistant they were so friendly and made u feel welcomed. The Dentist was amazing making me feel so relaxed. She explained everything in detail and assured me everything was going to be fine. I gound my forever dental office. Thank you. Suzanne Corveddu
Absolutely love Dr Dave and her team. I have a fear of the dentist office and she has been very caring and has patiently walked me thru any and all questions and concerns I had. Also her work has been great she took care of all my cavities and is continuing to work with me to maintain comfort and care for my teeth. Thanks for everything!
I really appreciate Dr. Dave and her team of assistants and receptionists. I have been very well taken care of, Dr. Dave has been flexible with my schedule and works hard to ensure my comfort while working on my many cavities. I had a fear of dentists in the past but Dr Dave has been very kind and walked me thru each session making sure I’m ok and ensuring I had no discomfort thru each of the cavities. Thank you all for your patience and hard work!
The front desk clerk Lupe is rude and has horrible communication. She told me my deep cleaning was covered and kept telling me to trust her. I call my insurance to confirm this a few days later and they told me they denied it the very next day. Lupe still had me come in knowing it wasn’t covered, she insisted I won’t be billed. She was yelling and kept cutting me off and once I gave her some attitude back for being rude she dismissed me as a patient, knowing I have a cavity appointment scheduled 11/20 and then hung up on m... read more
