I really appreciate Dr. Dave and her team of assistants and receptionists. I have been very well taken care of, Dr. Dave has been flexible with my schedule and works hard to ensure my comfort while working on my many cavities. I had a fear of dentists in the past but Dr Dave has been very kind and walked me thru each session making sure I’m ok and ensuring I had no discomfort thru each of the cavities. Thank you all for your patience and hard work!
The front desk clerk Lupe is rude and has horrible communication. She told me my deep cleaning was covered and kept telling me to trust her. I call my insurance to confirm this a few days later and they told me they denied it the very next day. Lupe still had me come in knowing it wasn’t covered, she insisted I won’t be billed. She was yelling and kept cutting me off and once I gave her some attitude back for being rude she dismissed me as a patient, knowing I have a cavity appointment scheduled 11/20 and then hung up on m... read more
First, let me say that I'm certain that based on the reviews, Dr. Dave is a nice woman and and an exceptional dentist. Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to meet her. You may be asking the reason why? It's quite simple. If you employ front desk personnel who does not communicate effectively with the patient despite the fact that said patient was contacted multiple times by the same front office to affirm the appointment, then you would expect ALL of the information needed to ensure a smooth office visit would have b... read more
Great service, everyone is friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help understand insurance and payments. I saw two doctors and they both were great. I highly recommend this location.
I had a lovely experience! All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating to any questions or concerns you may have. They made sure that I felt good throughout my entire procedure and made my general fear of the dentist a much better 🤣🤣
