By far the best dental office and staff! Dr.Justin, dental assistant Jenica and Nora are absolutely amazing at what they do. I don’t say that lightly at all because at 26 I had maybe been to a dentist a total of 5 times in my life because of severe dental anxiety. This is my new dental clinic, and I’m very satisfied with my choice. Every time I visit, the staff warmly welcome me, and the overall atmosphere is cheerful and pleasant. Before any treatment, the staff and the dentist provide thorough explanations, which makes me feel at ease. It’s also convenient that I can be seen right at my scheduled appointment time. Dr.Koo is especially professional and meticulous, which makes me trust him. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
The team at Bellevue Dental Group is spectacular! Every appointment I have been treated exceptionally and have received incredible care. Sadie is an excellent hygienist and Dr. Toohey and Dr. Justin are amazing dentists. Every staff member I interacted with was so friendly and patiently explained procedures and options to me so could make informed decisions. I highly recommend this office!!
The staff at BDG are professional, kind, empathetic, and thoughtful. They always treat me like I’m a valued patient. They explained things to me very well and checked with me every step of the way in the process of having a tooth extraction. Great care and great after care. Where else do you find a dentist who gives you his personal phone number in case you have problems?
Genuinely cannot say enough to the credit of the whole staff at Bellevue Dental Group. From start to finish I was completely taken care and looked after, any questions I had were answered promptly and with a big smile!
