I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Bellwoods Dental. From the moment we walked in, the staff made my 8-year-old son feel comfortable and at ease. Both the hygienist and the dentist were incredibly patient and gentle with him throughout the entire appointment. Not only did they provide excellent care, but they also went above and beyond to ensure he left with a smile on his face, even giving him goodies! I moved into the neighborhood, came in as a new patient, and received a diagnosis that was wildly inconsistent with the ones from previous years (and with the second opinion I received from a responsible place a day later, in panic). On the face of it, it could be a legitimate, albeit big, difference of opinion. But there were some things that felt disturbing. 1. My visit with me and my son was excellent. Very good with children my son love his new dentist. My visit this time was a lot better then other times, in one of my other visits, I got their before my appointment , but I had to wait for about 15 to 20 mins extra , one of the receptionist let another client go before me , which I didn’t mind it , but I just thought it was a lack of communication on there end , they should be more transparent with there clients . Dr Ellie undoubtedly is the best dentist. Took a plenty of time and answered all my questions. The dental procedure was excellent and I love the results. I am so happy to have her as my dentist. The clinic is clean and the staff very kind and professional.
