I had a very good experience at Bentway Dental Clinic! The clinic is super clean and has a very professional atmosphere. Special thanks to Dr. Kareem and his assistant they really pay attention to every detail and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. Office was dirty. I scheduled a full cleaning and checkup/exams. I was not told upon arrival there was no dentist in the office for the second half of my appointment. The hygienist was not very careful - even after I told him to be more gentle around the wire on my bottom teeth. When I was told there was no dentist for my checkup I was appalled. I visited the clinic with severe gum pain and unexpected bleeding, likely due to a recent change in habits or diet. Dr. Sarah was excellent—she quickly assessed the issue and gave me helpful advice to start flossing and switch to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Thanks to her guidance, I recovered within a few days.
