I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lily and the entire team at Big Bay Point Dentistry. They are professional, friendly, and make every visit comfortable especially Chantelle. Dr. Lily takes time to explain each step clearly and answer any questions, which really helps ease any nerves. The clinic is clean, modern, and runs on time. I appreciate the care and attention to detail-my teeth have never felt healthier. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist.
I was seen on an emergency basis and was promptly treated with care by Dr Christina. See was compassionate and professional and prescribed medication for my condition. The whole experience with all involved, from the reception desk, the dental assistant to the dentist, was very pleasant and reassuring. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
The reception team is exceptional—always warm, friendly, and welcoming. The hygienists are excellent, and the dentists provide outstanding care. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for my dental work, and they take great care of my entire family as well. Highly recommend!
I’ve had a great experience at Big Bay Family Dental. The office is welcoming, and very clean. The staff are professional, kind, and really take the time to make you feel comfortable. From the front desk to the hygienist (Hannah)and dentist (Dr. Lily) everyone is friendly and thorough. They explain everything clearly and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.
We love Big Bay Point Dentistry, all of the staff here are wonderful. Our daughters have been seeing Dr. Cristina since they were both 3 years old - I wouldn't take them to any other dentist. She is great with kids and very knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend Big Bay Point Dentistry!
