I always have a pleasant visit. Staff is friendly. Dr. Lily is great and doesn’t pressure you to having procedures that is not needed. You are always seen at your appointment time. No waiting for 30 to 60 minutes. Great office.

Both Dr. Christine and Dr. Lilly are fantastic. They take the time to explain everything to you in detail. They are very friendly and very goo's at what they do. I highly recommend Big bay pointe dentistry.

I had an infection in my tooth. I have never been to this location but it was the closest to me. I called for an emergency visit and was taken in right away. When I got to the location the staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. Besides filling out the forms there was no wait time. Dentist was great taking an exam right away and assessing the situation. She gave me a prescription to clear up the infection and options for follow up. Very friendly staff, defined recommend

They are very professional & makes everyone feel welcome & comfortable I took my teenage son & he's shy , first time visiting this location & I was surprised when my son told me to leave him he's OK 👍 He came out smiling & his confidence was up This tells quite a lot about this clinic & their employees Parents feel free to have trust in them with your young ones & yourself

I had a great experience at this dental office. Dr. Lily and her assistant Alexandra were extremely attentive, caring, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.
