Long-time Billings Bridge Dental Centre client, first-time reviewer here. Located in Old Ottawa South’s mid-century shopping centre, this modern dental office has a team of talented professionals who consistently make my visits a breeze. Much of that is thanks to Shannon, my long-time hygienist. Shannon is amazing! She is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is gentle and efficient with her work and takes her time to do it right. I always have a comfortable and pain less experience.
Very pleased with Dr Alibhai. He is very good dentist .had a wisdom tooth pulled had hardly any bleeding or I must say after I had no pain when freezing was gone. His assistant forgot to ask name is very very pleasant person .l was nervous a bit but she kept talking to me and it calm me down .also receptionist when I came was very pleasant very nice person I do recommend anyone looking for dentist to go to Billings Bridge dental centre .Sally
I had a great experience at Billings bridge dental today.First with dr. Alleyn for follow up appointment, he treated me for almost 20 years, and he was an excellent periodontist, sad to hear he is retiring next year. Then at the reception desk, Shania and Lisa patiently answered my questions for a long time. Lisa was especially helpful—she contacted the specialist regarding my surgery and called me back before I even left the mall. I truly appreciate their excellent service. Thank you all.
The hygienist was excellent. She did such a great job; however, the 2 stars are for the horrible customer service. I asked a question about my insurance at the end, the receptionist seemed to get angry at me. Didn't answer my question fully, only a sentence here, and there. I had to repeat my question again, to which she responded rudely! Maybe she had a bad day, but she needs to learn not to take it out on the customers. Not welcoming customer service...
