Dr. Mcateer was really nice and he reassures you throughout every step of the appointment. He is transparent and he tells you what to expect, without making you feel scared. The hygienist or assistant, sam (or sammy?) was extremely kind too. I usually have massive anxiety about the dentist but they made it wonderful. Lots of love ! I'll be bringing my parents to this clinic too
It is the best clinic im my opinion. Everyone is so kind From the moment you walk until your routine is all done. I also appreciate the honest information and details you get before any work is done. They know what they are doing 100%.

I had a great experience at Billings bridge dental today.First with dr. Alleyn for follow up appointment, he treated me for almost 20 years, and he was an excellent periodontist, sad to hear he is retiring next year. Then at the reception desk, Shania and Lisa patiently answered my questions for a long time. Lisa was especially helpful—she contacted the specialist regarding my surgery and called me back before I even left the mall. I truly appreciate their excellent service. Thank you all.
I recently visited Billings Bridge Dental Centre after a crown came loose. I was immediately booked to see Dr. Daniel McAteer, who was incredibly kind and professional. He expertly re-cemented my crown, demonstrating skill and adaptability, even noting that the specific nature of my crown was different from the standard. The two receptionists at the front desk (I believe they were Iranian/Persian) were also exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and provided excellent client service. Highly recommend this team!
