The staff are very friendly and the facilities conveniently located in Billings Bridge shopping centre. My dental Hygienist Genevieve Proulx is absolutely fantastic: thorough but gentle. I always leave with the feeling that my teeth have been well taken care of. She is a very warm and empathetic person who truly cares about the importance of your oral health. I highly recommend her.
The front office staff member was super. He welcomed me, checked my file and submitted the claim for my last visit. I was treated like a VIP during my appointment and received good advice about scheduling my upcoming treatments.
So glad I made the switch over to Billings Bridge Dental. From my dentist (Dr. Azzi… who always make me feel SO comfortable & understood) all the way up to the individuals at the reception area (Shout out to Lisa for always being an absolute GEM), everything is always flawless. The service, the treatments and even the cleanliness of the office& patient rooms. Not to mention the hours are much more feasible than your typical dental office.
