I had an excellent experience with Dr. Daniel McAteer and his assistant (I unfortunately don’t remember her name). From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. McAteer took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Great experience! The dentists were very gentle, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. A special thank you to Jessica, who made my experience much easier by explaining in French anything I didn’t understand. The whole team was very professional, from the reception staff to the dentist. As someone who usually hates going to the dentist, this visit was truly a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

The team at Billings Bridge Dental Centre are amazing. The dental hygienist was incredible with our 5-year-old son who was feeling unsure. She made sure he felt comfortable and was exceptionally patient and kind. We have always been impressed with the work, kindness, and professionalism shown by the team.

Long-time Billings Bridge Dental Centre client, first-time reviewer here. Located in Old Ottawa South’s mid-century shopping centre, this modern dental office has a team of talented professionals who consistently make my visits a breeze. Much of that is thanks to Shannon, my long-time hygienist. I've been coming to Billings Bridge Dental for years and it's always first class service. While the word "fun" and describing a visit to the Dentist are rarely used together....Dr. McAteer and Sammy make every visit an excellent, and even hilarious, experience. They are a fantastic Team. Super professional yet really funny! Highly recommend.
