Brought my 3 year old daughter in for her first cleaning appointment today. Our hygienist was Omar! He was wonderful! He took his time and made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the whole exam/polish. He explained everything he was doing in language she could understand. When I asked my daughter what her favourite part of the day was at bedtime - she said her dentist appointment 🥰.

Staff were super pleasant and informative. My dentist an hygienist were gentle and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Excellent service from start to finish.

Always have the best experience! Brooke is very thorough and she is the best hygienist I have had at this Dental Surgery. She has a lot of passion and dedication towards her work. Thank you for making it worthwhile for me.

I would have given a lower review, but it wasn't possible. My wife and I called to have a regular teeth cleaning. When we arrived we were told they were going to do ex-rays,various exams, and see a dentist for a check up, and that it we would have to reschedule for the cleaning. We both said we came for the cleaning everything else is secondary. They basically said to bad they have to do all the up-sell stuff first. We left. I can say that Dr Hazell is excellent with my kids, I have been seeing Dr.Barr since I was my kids age and always felt comfortable, it’s nice my kids feel the same and don’t have any fear going in even with the amount of work that they have had to have done. Thank you to everyone, truly the beautiful smiles and people that truly care make a huge difference From the front staff to the dentists themselves, it’s always a great experience!
