Considerate and Professional yet again! All of the staff from front desk to Dr Ibrahim! Although I am not an easy patient by no means when it comes to needles and dentistry, however the assistants and Dr Ibrahim made me feel comfortable and welcomed. It was much, much appreciated and valued. Exceptional service every time. From professional and friendly reception with Sandy’s customer service skills to the knowledgeable and caring dentists I have zero complaints. Dina, the hygienist is absolutely wonderful - with my sensitivities, I don’t trust anyone else to clean my teeth. I’ve been a client for over 40 years and will keep coming back because of the service and the people in this dental office. 10 stars!
Painless experience. The staff! from Reception to the Dentist chair, so welcoming and professional. The dentist was amazing! He actually listened to my concerns. Very well run dentistry. They gave care to me as a person. I wasn’t treated as just another midday appointment.
They take care of OW and ODSP patients! So respectful and kind🥰 I was at a point of hopelessness and they took care of me 😇 very accommodating also with top of the line tools and experience to make your visit a gag free one I was amazed 👏 please reach out to them if you need any work done on your teeth there's no shame in getting help especially with professionals like these around! Dr Ibrahim is excellent and professional dentist.He is very gentle ,explains and described everything he needs to do. Needles...no problem! His staff Sandy and Michelle also are friendly and helpful. I always enjoy chatting with Sandy and Michelle when I go there. I will continue with this Dentist as he was punctual and fantastic.Thank you Dr Ibrahim.
