I recently had a tooth extraction at Birchmount Dental, and while that might seem minor to some, it was a huge deal for me due to my dental anxiety from past experiences. I can’t say enough great things about Birchmount Dental Centre! Dr. Rouah and his entire team are absolutely outstanding. Recently, Dr. Rouah removed my 17-year-old son’s wisdom teeth, and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. I felt compelled to write this review, as I normally do not write reviews, but due to my past experiences with previous dentists, I stayed away from treatments because of my phobia and bad experiences. However, Dr. Eric Rouah and his staff were amazing. Treated me with so much care and professionalism. I felt so safe and comfortable. Thank you for your amazing service.
As a newly transferred client here, I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far. I feel very involved in every step and procedure, from doing all sorts of xray on my teeth - all angles taken/panoramic/etc. to explaining the next objectives for future appointments. Awesome place. For years I was afraid of the dentist but they took the time and care to make me comfortable and relaxed. Had several appointments and each time the staff and procedures were fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.
