I always had a traumatic experience w every dental visit before. But for Birchmaount Dental Group you can be asured of a smooth process and painless procedure. Appreciate how they explain things in lay man's term so the patients know what's going on. You can really feel their empathy that it's not easy to be in the place of every patient going through a dental challenge. Thankful for BDG. I finally found my dental clinic.
Always a great experience at Birchmount Dental! Nita is a very conscientious hygienist who is always gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr Rouah has a great sense of humour and has been outstanding with my kids for 18 years! He even looked after my father on a days notice who was in from out of town and needed immediate care. I know this isn't said enough but I truly love this dentist group! Every time I go in, it feels like family and they always go above an beyond. I recently got a treatment done and I was pretty nervous about it but they made me feel so relaxed and they really understand the human part of it ♡☆♡☆ Thank you so much again for everything you do!
I recently had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rouah. I had such a positive experience. I was extremely nervous about this procedure and was guided through why anesthesia might be the best option for me, given my nerves, which I ended up going with. The anesthesiologist called me a few days before and was SO understanding of my nerves, he asked what he could do to make me feel more comfortable with the appointment (I ended up having my mom with me until I went under).
