I can’t say enough great things about Birchmount Dental Office. From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone has always been kind, efficient, and professional. Dr.Rouah and his medical staff have always been thorough, gentle, and explained my treatment options in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. The office is modern, clean, and well-organized. I know I'm in excellent hands when I go for a treatment. Highly recommend!
We didn’t have a great experience with our previous dentist, so we decided to switch to Birchmount Dental Clinic based on a recommendation and we’re glad we did. The clinic has a clean and welcoming interior, the dental assistants are friendly, and the waiting time is very reasonable. We rarely wait more than 10 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Procedures are quick, efficient, and thorough. Big thanks to Dr. Mahsa and Dr. Rouah for their excellent care!
I recently had a dental appointment where I had an extraction, a filling, and a hygiene cleaning done. The dentist was extremely nice, polite, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit. The dental assistant was also wonderful—very kind and caring. They both took great care of me. The hygienist was amazing as well—so gentle and understanding. I was in pain before, but now it’s completely gone. I’m so happy with the care I received and truly appreciate the entire team for their excellent work!
Almost had my appointment canceled (was my fault entirely) but was able to still be seen even though this happened. I'm very grateful to the team at Birchmount Dental for getting me in in a timely manner and also for their patience with me in the treatment room. My appointments have gone super smooth and are always comfortable when I go in, which is great as I have anxiety about the dentist. I recommend coming here if you're in need of a new dental office or a switch, they never steer me wrong.
I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled due to past experiences. They always reassured me, were as gentle as possible and overall did great work. Amazing nice staff, would recommend to anyone
