My experience at Birchmount Dental Group has been unlike any dental visit I’ve had before. From the front desk to the hygienist and dentist, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years, despite moving outside of the city, I continue to. Nita is the best hygienist ever - so kind, thorough, and always willing to answer questions. She makes you feel so comfortable. Dr Mahza is my favourite dentist, but I’ve never encountered a bad one here,they are all very good! The environment is very welcoming, clean, positive and warm. I recently had a dental appointment where I had an extraction, a filling, and a hygiene cleaning done. The dentist was extremely nice, polite, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit. The dental assistant was also wonderful—very kind and caring. They both took great care of me. The hygienist was amazing as well—so gentle and understanding. I was in pain before, but now it’s completely gone. I’m so happy with the care I received and truly appreciate the entire team for their excellent work!

Almost had my appointment canceled (was my fault entirely) but was able to still be seen even though this happened. I'm very grateful to the team at Birchmount Dental for getting me in in a timely manner and also for their patience with me in the treatment room. My appointments have gone super smooth and are always comfortable when I go in, which is great as I have anxiety about the dentist. I recommend coming here if you're in need of a new dental office or a switch, they never steer me wrong.
