Always a great experience at Birchmount Dental! Nita is a very conscientious hygienist who is always gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr Rouah has a great sense of humour and has been outstanding with my kids for 18 years! He even looked after my father on a days notice who was in from out of town and needed immediate care. I recently had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rouah. I had such a positive experience. I was extremely nervous about this procedure and was guided through why anesthesia might be the best option for me, given my nerves, which I ended up going with. The anesthesiologist called me a few days before and was SO understanding of my nerves, he asked what he could do to make me feel more comfortable with the appointment (I ended up having my mom with me until I went under). Its been years since I've been to a dentist. I knew that after my very first visit that this is the place I want to be. From my first cleaning to my first fillings. I feel safe and very comfortable here. If you are looking for a dental office to come to this is the one. The administrative staff and super awesome, the hygienists are amazing at what they do. Dr. Rouah was beyond terrific! I had complicated dental surgery, under sedation, including extractions, bone grafts and platelet-rich fibrin (prf) to prevent jaw necrosis due to medication. I had no pain after surgery and was able to return to work the next day. Surgery was a great success. I would recommend Dr. Rouah for any procedure. I would only trust Dr. Rouah for my regular dental work, but more importantly, for any dental surgery or complicated treatment. He is a super star!!!! I give him a 10+++++++++++++!!!!!
