Always enjoy my experience at BLVD dentist. Katie did a great job with my cleaning today, proactively explaining everything she was doing so I was comfortable. I was in and out in 40 minutes, never have to wait to long after checking in. The front desk is very friendly and offices are clean! Would recommend!!
I have been a patient at BLVD for the past five years and have never had any complaints about the service or the staff. However, this time I feel the need to especially highlight the incredibly gentle, attentive, and thorough care I received from KATIE!!. i’ve been a patient of Dr. Andrew Cummings at w5th st. Nice enough people but unprofessional with scheduling. Schedule an initial consult and I’m waiting in lobby for 30 minutes until I’m seen. Schedule follow up standard cleaning, get text day before “can you reschedule to later in the day?”. Tell them no. Show up at scheduled time of 8:30am and I’m told it’s actually for 9:30. I show them reminder screenshots received from them that shows 8:30 and they say they need to reschedule. No idea if they’re good or not but there’s probably better options.
I come here for my braces and my experience has been very positive the whole time. Almost done with braces and they have been so good about helping me every step of the way. Today I saw Dr Athina, and Jazz (Ortho) and they were amazing!
