When I moved to Austin I found a wonderful old school dentist in the early 80s - Bobby Arnold. He had a modest practice on the east side and my family of 5 enjoyed his careful and informed choice style of dentistry for decades. When he retired I was lost. I have been a patient at BLVD for the past five years and have never had any complaints about the service or the staff. However, this time I feel the need to especially highlight the incredibly gentle, attentive, and thorough care I received from KATIE!!. This was the first time I truly felt treated with exceptional care and unmatched delicacy during a dental cleaning. My appointment started on time and the cleaning was performed very quickly. It’s a nice facility and everyone is friendly. Three stars only because every time I go there there’s this hard sale for various products and services that makes me feel like I’m in a used car dealership.
Always enjoy my experience at BLVD dentist. Katie did a great job with my cleaning today, proactively explaining everything she was doing so I was comfortable. I was in and out in 40 minutes, never have to wait to long after checking in. The front desk is very friendly and offices are clean! Would recommend!!
