I had a toothache and avoid the dentist at all cost, but from the minute you call to make an appt they are so nice and professional. I get heart palpatations just walking in a dentist ofc, but from the front desk staff all the way to the dentists everyone was so caring and did not make me feel like a baby. The week after Thanksgiving my tooth started hurting really bad. I H.A.T.E. having to go to ANY doctor, much less a dentist & I don't have dental insurance. I was reffered to boston dental by my coworker and spoke of the excellent customerservice. So I schedule and appointment with them and the customer service was excellent. They treated me as a VIP. I am a student so I can never go to a dental office on weekdays. This dental office is great for me because they open on weekends. I got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Utley on a Saturday. I went to the Affordable Dental location and the hygenist there was so gentle with my cleaning, she asked me if I had any sensitive areas, which I do, I have some areas where my gums have receeded and In the past have been sooo sensitive during cleanings. She made sure to be careful. While I was there, I saw a sign that said they had an orthodontist and so I made an appointment with her, I have been unhappy with my lower teeth being crooked.
