I had a toothache and avoid the dentist at all cost, but from the minute you call to make an appt they are so nice and professional. I get heart palpatations just walking in a dentist ofc, but from the front desk staff all the way to the dentists everyone was so caring and did not make me feel like a baby. They just listened and addressed everyone of my concerns. I ended up needing an extraction with a bridge and a deep cleaning and I made it through with the help from some very nice staff members. The week after Thanksgiving my tooth started hurting really bad. I H.A.T.E. having to go to ANY doctor, much less a dentist & I don't have dental insurance. I really didn't want to go & didn't think I could afford to go but I was in extreme pain all day & I was starting to lose sleep from it. I was reffered to boston dental by my coworker and spoke of the excellent customerservice. So I schedule and appointment with them and the customer service was excellent. They treated me as a VIP. I had my exam and cleaning at the same day.'The facility location is good and the office is very clean. The dorctor was excellent andvery friendly. I will reccommend boston dental to all my friends and family.I found my dentist and it is boston dental

I really like boston dental the office is cleanThe front office staff was friendly,the dental assistant was friendly as well as the doctor that treated me.My old dentist never ask if i needed braces i had to ask them this bostondentist doctor recommended me right away.. I like boston dental and excellent customer service is the key to keep patient to keep going back to them.I reccoment boston dental to my friends and family..

I am a student so I can never go to a dental office on weekdays. This dental office is great for me because they open on weekends. I got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Utley on a Saturday. I had heard about so many scary stories about wisdom teeth extraction, so I was nervious. However, it turned out that my experience at Boston Dental was pretty cool. I went to the Affordable Dental location and the hygenist there was so gentle with my cleaning, she asked me if I had any sensitive areas, which I do, I have some areas where my gums have receeded and In the past have been sooo sensitive during cleanings. She made sure to be careful. While I was there, I saw a sign that said they had an orthodontist and so I made an appointment with her, I have been unhappy with my lower teeth being crooked. They did a root canal about a year ago, the Dr. seemed brusque and in a hurry, well the root canal is infected now and according to another dentist the root was not treated correctly by the Dr. at Affordable Dental on W. Lake Mead in Las Vegas, I paid these people good money for this and all they did was refer me to an endodontist, I sent an email asking for assistance and never got a response, I will file a complaint with the BBB if I don't get someone to contact me and I would be careful of the dentist Boston dental hires.
