Friendly front staff that are quick to help. Dental assistant Julie was helpful and explained everything so that I understood. Dr. Janz was great and also explained next steps to me so that it was clear.
I had a hygiene appointment with Carly (Karly?), and she uses just enough force to get the job done well while being gentle enough not to scare me off. Everyone I encountered at their office seemed happy to be there.
Very good experience. Hygienist extremely polite, professional, caring, personable, and gentle. Only one small thing is that she was a bit late in calling me in, under 10 minutes, but I have to ask how that would have gone over if I was the one late.

I was very nervous about going but everyone including the front staff were very nice, it definitly helped to calm me more than I thought it would. The hygenist and dentist I saw have the best so called bedside manner I have ever had and were gentle with me as this was an emergency appointment, will Absolutley go back to them for the rest of my dental work
