I took my daughter to Boundary Trails Dental Centre in Morden, and we had a great experience. The staff were so friendly and kind, making her feel comfortable right away, which means a lot for a kid at the dentist. They were super helpful, answering all our questions with patience. I had been placed on the cancelation list for a few weeks, and was impressed with the shirt wait time overall. As always, the staff was so friendly and helpfull, my hygienist thoroughly explained everything, and communicated my concerns with the dentist so he was aware of why I needed the appointment. I feel they truly care about their clients, and it shows each time I am there. The work they do is efficient and always a great experience for me!
The clinic is very clean and warm especially in the waiting area. The people from the front desk to hygeniest and to the doctors are very welcoming, kind and approachable. Also big shout out to Madeline, our hygeniest yesterday. She's kind, thoughtful, hands on and pretty!
I’ve been going for about a year now, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I’ve always struggled with finding a dentist who actually listens, and I find that I’m really valued here! All dentists, hygienists, and front desk personnel are fantastic. Special shout out to Madeline, she made my cleaning memorable and really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
