I walked into the office with a bit of anxiety like I normally do at the dentist. But my team of 2 amazing people totally put me at ease. They had reviewed my chart and I didn't need to remind them of anything. They were understanding and didn't make me feel silly about my concerns. Appreciate them so much! As good as a dentist visit can get!!
Very friendly caring staff and doctors! They offer laughing gas and even sedation for people who are scared to get dental work done. The reminders prior to my appointment and the follow up contact after my appointment shows their professionalism and caring.
Friendly and funny staff with a positive attitude. Good availability for dental procedures. The only reason I cannot give five stars is the dental hygienist(s) to book cleanings is never available. May appointment got pushed back to December.
I had my wisdom teeth taken out here due to having some mouth pain for around 3 years. Afterwards went through over 3 months of pain with no pain medication, care instructions or follow up appointment. After returning for a cleaning turns out the wisdom teeth were not the cause of the pain and it's a completely separate issue that will now cost me even more money and pain. I have been a patient at Boundary Trails Dental Centre for over a decade. They always are straightforward with how much the procedure(s) are going to cost AND on more than one occasion have been able to accommodate my schedule on very short notice. Top notch service. 👌
