I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. The dentist was absolutely amazing — so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I have major anxiety when it comes to dental work, and everyone at the clinic made me feel completely at ease. My hygienist was incredibly caring and took her time to make sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. The whole team is welcoming, gentle, and professional. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about going to the dentist!
The team at Bow River Dental Center is very professional and friendly. The work they do is excellent. My Dentist Dr. Shelly Lee and Claudia, the dental assistant for the procedures I had done, made sure my new crowns fit perfectly and I was comfortable throughout the procedure. My regular hygienist, Angie is meticulous and offers gentle but thorough cleaning care. The administration team is very helpful in explaining the billing process and is very courteous. Thank you everyone!
I walked in with a tooth that was giving me issues and they whisked me in right away to take a look. Came back a week later to have the tooth extracted and it was fairly quick and painless! And they let me keep the tooth! I told them I was gonna wear it around my neck, because a shark tooth around your neck is for amateurs 🤣 The ladies are all so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them!!
I have just moved here from Ontario and Bow River was referred by family. I hadn’t planned on a dental visit so soon but unfortunately I had an emergency. I was given an appointment that same day. I had to return to see Dr. Jost who was wonderful. Actually everyone I met during both appointments were all so great. I was actually sitting in the waiting room with a gentleman who told me this was the best dentist office in Cochrane. I totally believe it!
For the last few years, my kids and I always had positive experiences here. They are so good with the children and make sure the kids are as comfortable as they can be. My boys don’t get nervous coming here. Overall they are always professional, accommodating and skilled. If feels like they take care of you as if you are their family. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for dental care :)
