Highly Recommend Bow River Dental!!! I just went in for my first checkup and cleaning here and had an old filling that had fallen out replaced and I could not have had a better experience. What an absolutely lovely bunch of ladies. I always enjoy going in, everyone is very friendly and nice. The clinic is clean and in a good location. I try to see the same hygienist because she's very thorough and does a fantastic job. Dr. Penner is a great Dentist. She's very knowledgeable and even though she's so busy, she takes the time to talk to you, ensure you understand what your options are or what the procedure is. She's very careful to make your experience comfortable. Highly recommend!
For the last few years, my kids and I always had positive experiences here. They are so good with the children and make sure the kids are as comfortable as they can be. My boys don’t get nervous coming here. Overall they are always professional, accommodating and skilled. If feels like they take care of you as if you are their family. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for dental care :)
Bow River Dental Centre is a wonderful practice. The staff are so kind and considerate, I was greeted by Ashley who was patient and so professional in explaining everything to me. Dr. Kyla and Claudia took wonderful care of me and constantly checked in with me throughout my procedure. I would highly recommend them!
Overall it was a great experience. All staff members that I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. When booking I asked to see Jeanine and was told that she was booked out until February. I asked to be put on the cancelation list and was contacted within a week with another option. You guys get 5 out of 5. Thank you!
