Highly Recommend Bow River Dental!!! I just went in for my first checkup and cleaning here and had an old filling that had fallen out replaced and I could not have had a better experience. What an absolutely lovely bunch of ladies. I have just moved here from Ontario and Bow River was referred by family. I hadn’t planned on a dental visit so soon but unfortunately I had an emergency. I was given an appointment that same day. I had to return to see Dr. Jost who was wonderful. Actually everyone I met during both appointments were all so great. I was actually sitting in the waiting room with a gentleman who told me this was the best dentist office in Cochrane. I totally believe it!
For the last few years, my kids and I always had positive experiences here. They are so good with the children and make sure the kids are as comfortable as they can be. My boys don’t get nervous coming here. Overall they are always professional, accommodating and skilled. If feels like they take care of you as if you are their family. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for dental care :)
I always enjoy going in, everyone is very friendly and nice. The clinic is clean and in a good location. I try to see the same hygienist because she's very thorough and does a fantastic job. Dr. Penner is a great Dentist. She's very knowledgeable and even though she's so busy, she takes the time to talk to you, ensure you understand what your options are or what the procedure is. She's very careful to make your experience comfortable. Highly recommend!
Looking for THE BEST care and attention at your hygiene appointment, especially if you have sensitive teeth? Special shout-out to Amy S and Marianne for their outstanding techniques, including temperature control for water rinses, intermittent instead of continuous suction, and application of a topical product aimed to subside areas of sensitivity. To top this all off, they have amazing senses of humour leaving their patients wearing their best smiles. :)
