For the last few years, my kids and I always had positive experiences here. They are so good with the children and make sure the kids are as comfortable as they can be. My boys don’t get nervous coming here. Overall they are always professional, accommodating and skilled. If feels like they take care of you as if you are their family. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for dental care :)
I always enjoy going in, everyone is very friendly and nice. The clinic is clean and in a good location. I try to see the same hygienist because she's very thorough and does a fantastic job. Dr. Penner is a great Dentist. She's very knowledgeable and even though she's so busy, she takes the time to talk to you, ensure you understand what your options are or what the procedure is. She's very careful to make your experience comfortable. Highly recommend!
Terrific office. Staff are amazing, super efficient and friendly and the dentists are wonderful! Dr. Penner did my last procedure with Claudia assisting and it was smooth and painless. May have taken a few extra minutes because we were laughing so much! And no, there was no laughing gas involved. Highly recommended!
Friendly Team work Dr Patel n Dr Kayla Ashley was very curteous made me feel comfortable Few other members that helped me the days I went were very kind n friendly Just don’t remember their names rt now Yes I would recommend this place anytime Need some root canal done but I have to go to Calgary Hope to see it all happening here for all my tooth work in Cochrane Very knowledgeable 😊 Thanks
Great experience. It was a long time since my last dentist appointment. The Bow River team was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. Minimal wait times between services (X-rays, consult, cleaning) and the cleaning, scaling was the best I've ever had.
