We had a great experience at Bow River! They were super accommodating with me (as I had to bring my baby with me), extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our Dentist, dental assistant and hygienist were all lovely and the front staff is friendly and welcoming!! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist in Cochrane!
Highly Recommend Bow River Dental!!! I just went in for my first checkup and cleaning here and had an old filling that had fallen out replaced and I could not have had a better experience. What an absolutely lovely bunch of ladies. Amazing experience!! I am currently 9 months pregnant and found out I needed two root canals. I was very nervous going into it and the staff and team were so amazing. They had everything set up so I was very comfortable and taken care of. They checked in often and it was a very easy process from the procedure to the billing. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated.
I have just moved here from Ontario and Bow River was referred by family. I hadn’t planned on a dental visit so soon but unfortunately I had an emergency. I was given an appointment that same day. I had to return to see Dr. Jost who was wonderful. Actually everyone I met during both appointments were all so great. I was actually sitting in the waiting room with a gentleman who told me this was the best dentist office in Cochrane. I totally believe it!
I always enjoy going in, everyone is very friendly and nice. The clinic is clean and in a good location. I try to see the same hygienist because she's very thorough and does a fantastic job. Dr. Penner is a great Dentist. She's very knowledgeable and even though she's so busy, she takes the time to talk to you, ensure you understand what your options are or what the procedure is. She's very careful to make your experience comfortable. Highly recommend!
