I've been so impressed with everyone and everything at BoWest Dental. I wanted to find a well rated, smaller dentistry practice and researched the heck out of it. The reviews for BoWest and a helpful phone call led me there. From Andréa at front reception to Dr. Amer and all the hygienists and assistants, everyone has been great. I was a little nervous after not going to a dentist for quite a few years, and now I actually look forward to my appointments there. All the equipment is new and high tech too. Dr. Ali is professional, very well experienced and very friendly. He was there talking to me step by step as I had a root canal done and I'm very pleased with his work. Price is very good compared to other clinics. The staff is great and helpful. Thank you Dr. Ali
Overall, I initially had a positive experience at this office. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was excellent. I left feeling well-informed about my procedure and aftercare. However, I have a significant concern regarding my interaction with Dr. Nancy, who performed my tooth extraction. While I believe she meant well, she shared details about my treatment and personal health issues with my mother without my presence. I had a great experience at BoWest Dental. Dr. Moussa is professional and thorough, and the entire team is fantastic. A huge shoutout to Andrea for being so organized and welcoming, and to Tammy for providing such excellent care. Highly recommend!
Dr Amer is the BEST dentist I have ever had! She us very gentle and explains things clearly. Dentist visits aren’t popular anyways, but BoWest dental makes it the best possible. I’ve had a cleaning, xray and fillings here and I really can’t complain. All the equipment is new and state of the art. Two fillings and zero pain. If you’re looking for a dentist come here.
