Had an appointment this morning. The hygienist and staff were great. Always make you feel comfortable. My sons recently had appointments also. They were fantastic with them. The hours of operation also work out great for our family. I like early appointments. The after school times and weekends work out great for my kids and husband.
Updated review, if I could give a 10 star I would. I have been going to this location for the last 3 years. prior, I was at a location for 20 years and I have never been more satisfied. To all the staff, well done in the welcoming each time I visit. I especially want to thank Amanda for always making sure my teeth are at its best❤️I have and will continue to recommend Bowmanville dental. If you never been you will never know what you’re missing. Dental appointments aren't always pleasant but I've always been treated so well at Bowmanville Dental. Very professional, pleasant people and they explain everything they are doing. Consultations and procedures fit in with our schedule. I would recommend this office.
Very caring, staff. During my difficult procedure the dental assistant held my hand throughout. Secretaries are always smiling. Dentists and hygenists are very patient and make sure you are ready for the procedure. Both the dental assistant and the dentist made sure that my favourite TV show is on, before they started the procedure. I will give them 5 stars.
