Simply put--they care, and its obvious from the moment you walk through the door. Nonna is an absolute gem. I witnessed her, having to manage a rather challenging situation with someone who spoke no English, and seeing her patience, and multiple attempts to help him understand, said to me, she cares. I had a great experience at Bradford North Dental Clinic. Dr. Musa and Dr. Daniel are both very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. The staff is also very welcoming, friendly, and efficient, which makes the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciate the high level of care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable dental team in Bradford.
I’ve Been coming here for the last two years now, and the service has always been top-notch. They are very accommodating and very kind. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 because they take their time and very gentle when dealing with you. The receptionist Nonna is very sweet and makes your visit very pleasant.
Not impressed, I have spent over 6,000 dollars here on braces, the temperament was questionable from the Doctor. Even after my daughter's teeth are straighter 3 years later. There is still work that needs to be done because I was told by two other dentist to go back to this doctor and make him correct it. PLEASE use me as an example.y daughter and I have never seen a dental office operate like this. I am new to the area and am so glad I have found this place! Such a nice team that really take their time with you. I had to get a denture fitted and the on site denture specialist Dr Prof Ann Moussa was so good with me and explained every step. The denture fit first time and feels like real. I am normally nervous around dentists, but these guys are the best!
