Not impressed, I have spent over 6,000 dollars here on braces, the temperament was questionable from the Doctor. Even after my daughter's teeth are straighter 3 years later. There is still work that needs to be done because I was told by two other dentist to go back to this doctor and make him correct it. PLEASE use me as an example.y daughter and I have never seen a dental office operate like this. I gave a 5 star review last week. But, now I'm reducing it to 1, maybe even 0. I was misquoted by the Dentist team last week, thinking that I would be going in for a COVERED filling. They (Suada) said I would be paying out of pocket, "around $60.00". I went in and without warning, had my fillings done and was billed with a $205.00 bill. I tried to say "I was told $60.00" and snidley the woman at the desk said my coverage maxed out. Also, to take my receipt for "claiming on your income tax". I am new to the area and am so glad I have found this place! Such a nice team that really take their time with you. I had to get a denture fitted and the on site denture specialist Dr Prof Ann Moussa was so good with me and explained every step. The denture fit first time and feels like real. I am normally nervous around dentists, but these guys are the best!
I had a wonderful experience with the Dental Team involved in my care! I have been nervous to go to the dentist (as it’s been years). The staff were extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable! I have been mentioning this team to all my friends, and I will continue to recommend this location. I 10000% recommend you guys to come here they are really nice the dr is really nice and everyone they are the best, came here withe my son last week to wash our teeth, they did the best job, who ever comes here will never regret it you, they will comeback with a happy face 😁😁🤩🤩😍😍🥰🥰
