I had my first visit at Brentwood Dental Clinic today, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional level of care I received from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and the treatment coordinator were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. I had my dental exam and cleaning last week. I also took my 3 year old to happy visit. I am totally satisfied. My experience from start to finish has been awesome and smooth. From the order of service perspective, the two front desk staff members were always smiling and welcoming and clarify any doubts without hesitation. Just went for a new patient exam with Dr. Dobbala, he is absolutely amazing, very professional and very thorough. He explained everything down to any abnormalities in my jaw bones down to any stains or streaks on my teeth. They are even taking precautionary measures on my wisdom teeth by sending me to the dental surgeon before anything happens so we can have a plan in place forward. The assistant was also very nice and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy.
Dr Tristan Ocampo is knowledgeable and understanding. I use to have lots of anxiety about going to the dentist. After the visit they made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.Highly recommend this clinic to anyone with dental needs!
Went for my usual hygiene appt and a concern about a chipped back tooth. Very friendly front desk staff, and didn’t have to wait very long for my appointment. Within 90’, my hygiene appointment was over, and my tooth was fixed (just needed a filling). Great, professional, friendly service throughout. Would highly recommend!
