I had my first visit at Brentwood Dental Clinic today, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional level of care I received from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and the treatment coordinator were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. I have been Dr. Reid’s patient since 2017, and he has consistently been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The moment he starts speaking, you immediately feel the confidence and expertise he brings — it truly puts you at ease. He is made for this profession, and he excels at it. Sandra, my hygienist for my appointment today, was quick, courteous and patient with me and my anxieties around dental work. The office staff (especially Monique and Kim) are always kind and helpful with assisting us in bookings and navigating insurance. I couldn’t recommend the clinic enough for those looking for a personable and professional way to maintain dental health.
The absolute best dental clinic I’ve been at to date. As someone with a history of restorative work, I’ve had mixed results at other clinics.
