I had my first visit at Brentwood Dental Clinic today, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional level of care I received from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and the treatment coordinator were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. I have been Dr. Reid’s patient since 2017, and he has consistently been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The moment he starts speaking, you immediately feel the confidence and expertise he brings — it truly puts you at ease. He is made for this profession, and he excels at it. I recommend Dr. Reid and his team. Their quality of care is exceptional. The absolute best dental clinic I’ve been at to date. As someone with a history of restorative work, I’ve had mixed results at other clinics. Brentwood dental is top notch for preventative care, and for major work. Ive never felt happier or more confident about my dental care. Excellent service, friendly reception and very punctual for a 7:00am appointment. Arrived 5 min early and went in right on time. Some issues with sorting out insurance coverage after the appointment. This seems to be an ongoing issue and requires a call back phone call to sort things out.
