Positive experience each and every time I go in. My recent was my regular dental cleaning. I request for a change of date earlier than my schedule but they got me in the soonest. I am pleased, I can attend my son's school event without worrying of conflict schedule with my dental appointment. Clean place, accessible and convenient close to my home. My two girls (9 and 6 YO) love coming here. The youngest was a tough sell on dentists previously - no issues since switching here! A very comforting experience overall.
How good are they? Even though I've moved to Banff, I still like to come back here to have my teeth checked and undergo treatments. They are reliable, professional, and approach their work with passion and enthusiasm.
This was my first visit and I was pleased with my Dentist Kelsey and staff as they were very professional and accommodating as I had a small dental emergency and they squeezed me in right away. I am very happy with the results and will use them again. Highly recommended.
Like most dental clients, you really do not want to be there: pain, discomfort, contortion all to accomplish what turns out to be a lot of money .. so when your experience is not flawless it exacerbates the negativity. In Ontario, recall notices are SOP and if a major restoration is needed the front desk is calling constantly. This was not my experience indeed.
