Dr. Syme is fantastic, she's to the point and knowledgeable while maintaining an air of friendliness and care. It's comforting walking into the clinic and feeling assured at the quality of care, professionalism, and atmosphere. it feels odd to mention the atmosphere, but it's clear the staff enjoy working there with how friendly and happy everyone always seems and it shows! Had a cleaning today and they have a special warm water treatment for people with sensitive teeth and gums. This is a game changer! Minimal scraping and my hygienist was gentle and friendly.

I love Briar Hill Dental. Dr. Kelsey Syme is a fantastic dentist and a very caring and lovely person. From the front desk staff to the hygienists, her whole team is amazing. I have had positive experiences there since my first visit. We are so lucky to have her in our neighbourhood.

The most attentive and understanding staff I've dealt with, I had reservations about previous dentists, they went out of their way to make sure all issues and concerns were sorted and at ease before we start. Understood all my concerns and were really good about getting me comfortable. They pulled the tooth and I had no idea it was out! I didn't feel anything at all and they told me they were done, would recommend and am definitely going back!

Great service! I have had sensitive teeth my whole life and the hygienist had noticed that in my file and used warm water for rinsing (so great!) also I was offered a headset to listen and watch Netflix during my cleaning which was a wonderful and calming distraction. The appointment went by quickly and painlessly. I think my next appointment might be the first time I won’t be nervous to go to the dentist! Thank you.
