I don’t often leave reviews but I do when the place has something special. As a new patient they weren’t actively selling me hard on Invisalign or any other cosmetic items as many of my past dentists have. They were kind, accommodating and efficient with a beautifully renovated new space. Keep up the good work Briar Hill Dental!
Great service! I have had sensitive teeth my whole life and the hygienist had noticed that in my file and used warm water for rinsing (so great!) also I was offered a headset to listen and watch Netflix during my cleaning which was a wonderful and calming distraction. The appointment went by quickly and painlessly. I think my next appointment might be the first time I won’t be nervous to go to the dentist! Thank you.
The most attentive and understanding staff I've dealt with, I had reservations about previous dentists, they went out of their way to make sure all issues and concerns were sorted and at ease before we start. Understood all my concerns and were really good about getting me comfortable. They pulled the tooth and I had no idea it was out! I didn't feel anything at all and they told me they were done, would recommend and am definitely going back!
My husband and I each recently had our first appointments here. We both independently agree that we are very happy to have come to the clinic. Great staff and very convenient facility and hours.
Fantastic dental clinic! I am a new patient here and I came to them with very specific concerns about my sensitivity. The hygienists and dentists were so gentle with my teeth and it really seems like they care about how they treat their patients to give them the best dental experience (because let's be honest, no one loves going to the dentist).
