Very happy with my experience at Bridgeview Dental. At 33, I had my first 3 cavities that needed fillings. Naturally, I was nervous… But Dr. Hans was incredibly kind and calm and made the experience - dare I say enjoyable? Highly recommend her to anyone and everyone, especially those who may find the dentist daunting. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of during both my recent visits.
12 years as a patient and every visit or interaction has been exemplary. Always friendly, accommodating, and professional while also being personable. Low (or at least generally unnoticeable if I’m incorrect) staff turn over has resulted in connections being made and staff members remembering me and our previous interactions, so many of my visits include “catching up” and creating a feeling of connection. Have had great experiences here from the front end to the practitioners! Jessie is awesome to deal with up front - makes things easy and is always friendly. The care is thorough and nothing feels forced or overdone. I see Dr. Hans for my dental work and she is super gentle and explains things in a way that makes sense! Highly recommend this place!
I had a great experience at Bridgeview Dental. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hospitable from the moment I arrived. My wait time was very short. I was very impressed that they have an on-site CT scanner. It was so convenient to get my scan done immediately in the clinic without needing to be sent to another lab. I just went to Bridgeview Dental and I thought it was a productive experience. The dentist I was with was very kind and enthusiastic about her profession and showed me everything I needed to know about my filling. This dental facility even had my health care cover most of the work there. Even the receptionist was courteous when I first came here. The scheduling there is also very adaptable with my personal life, which makes me glad. I look forward to my next appointment with them.
