Very satisfied. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The receptionists are attentive and always remember record requests—complete with a smile—and everything is delivered right on schedule, exactly how great customer service should be. The staff are awesome here, the receptionist were very professional and helpful. I had my teeth cleaned by Raman, she was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly and did an amazing job with my teeth. :)
I just went to Bridgeview Dental and I thought it was a productive experience. The dentist I was with was very kind and enthusiastic about her profession and showed me everything I needed to know about my filling. This dental facility even had my health care cover most of the work there. Even the receptionist was courteous when I first came here. The scheduling there is also very adaptable with my personal life, which makes me glad. I look forward to my next appointment with them.
I've been going to Bridgeview for about 5 years now. My family has had a great experience with the staff and have been happy with our regular dental appts. They seem to always be upgrading to the latest technology which is a bonus.
Very happy with my experience at Bridgeview Dental. At 33, I had my first 3 cavities that needed fillings. Naturally, I was nervous… But Dr. Hans was incredibly kind and calm and made the experience - dare I say enjoyable? Highly recommend her to anyone and everyone, especially those who may find the dentist daunting. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of during both my recent visits.
