Dr. Jessa and her team are fantastic. They each take great care of my senior father with patience and genuine regard for his health. He always enjoys his experiences, even when he's there for something significant. They take the time to give him appropriate breaks to rest during longer visits, whether 45 or 90 minutes long. They are clear, direct, and most importantly kind with him. Though he does tend to keep himself in good humor, that doesn't always hold if he's unhappy or in pain, which has never been the case here. I can’t recommend Dr. Jessa and the team at Bright Smiles enough! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and the quality of care has always been exceptional. The entire team is friendly, professional, and attentive. I have sensitive teeth, and they always make sure I’m comfortable during every visit.
I couldn't ask for a better dentist and highly recommend Dr. Jessa and her team! The entire office goes the extra mile with every visit. Most recently they accommodated a same day appt to ensure my procedure was done in time to use my insurance before it ran out. The best team ever!
My family and i made the switch to Dr Jessa recently upon recommendations from our friends. So glad we did so. She takes time in explaining every procedure to us all and i am very impressed with her professionalism and dedication to ensuring our teeth are healthy and in good shape.
