I had a great experience at Broadway Dental! I chipped a tooth unexpectedly, and they were able to fit me in quickly—even on short notice. The whole team was friendly and professional, and the dentist did an amazing job fixing the tooth—it looks and feels great. Really appreciated how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!
First appointment: excellent from reception (almost no wait) to seeing the staff and Doctor. The whole appointment was busy, no idle time and was well filled with information and various exams. Definitely going back to work on my complex issue with them.
My experience going there is always positive. And I have been going there for 30 years give or take. The staff is always courteous and I rarely experience pain. I have a major dentist/needles phobia and haven’t seen a dentist in 18 years out of fear. When I called broadway dental they listened to me and what my concerns were. I’ve been in three times now, and each time I’ve gotten more and more comfortable. My last appointment was a filling and I came in very anxious. Became even more anxious once I was in the chair. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist. The hygienist was especially attuned to what was going on. I was listing to a podcast that was live and really important to me, she made sure I could keep listening. I mentioned how I liked the lead- shield-blanket-thingy, she asked if I wanted to keep it on for the rest of the appointment. Talk about about responsiveness.
