Always great service with friendly staff. Dr. Shew and his assistant always make sure that I'm comfortable and always put me at ease. Great communication and I always know what to expect. He's the best dentist I've ever had and does great work and very thorough. He's very kind and compassionate too. I'd highly recommend him or any of the other dentists there. They always go over the treatment plan with options and give an itemized estimate, which is always very accurate, so no surprises.
A wonderful experience! From Marie and Kelly at the front desk to Kourtney as the assistant, my gum graft with Dr Trevor Shew was fairly quick and totally painless. Highly recommend for their patient care and professionalism. I was anxious and reluctant and they made the whole thing smooth and easy. The whole team works cohesively and in a very friendly manner. I can’t say enough good things about this office!
Dr Lin took me in for emergency, she was very details and ask another doctor for second opinion. The assistant and Dr Lin was warm and friendly, understand my pain. I have been a patient at Broadway station Dental over 25 years. The entire team are friendly and helpful.
My child has sensory concerns. The whole team had extraordinary communication skills made removing braces go smoothly without triggering additional anxiety or fear. Very grateful for their willingness to take the time to create the plan and to acknowledge and schedule for the extra time that was needed.
Broadway Station Dental is the best dental office I’ve used yet. Everyone I have ever spoken to has been polite, welcoming, and happy to help me out with any questions. They have all the modern and high-tech equipment and take great care of my teeth. The whole process is super easy as they look after everything, from appointments to insurance claims and everything between. The appointment reminders really help too.
