I had an emergency and got an appointment faster then anywhere else. Had amazing service very kind and friendly! Will be sticking with Brooklyn Dental from now on!!
I had the most thorough dental exam, I've had in a very long time. Dr. Janique Jones and Dental Hygienist Donna, were especially kind and made no judgement, that I hadn't seen a dentist in years. I had the examination, X-rays, some temporary repair done to my partial plate, while awaiting a predetermination on further repairs. I used the Government Dental Plan, so the cost to me was minimal. I have to say, it was one of my best dental experiences even though I had to be frozen and have a tooth repaired. Thank you Dr. Jones and Brooklyn Dental staff for making me feel so comfortable!
Excellent care! From the moment you enter until you leave you are given the utmost care, any concerns or worries are dealt with immediately and all procedures are explained before any work is done. They have eliminated any fear of going to a dentist for me.!!
