I would give this place 0 stars if i could. A few years back. I went in to finish up my invisalign plan. It was time to shape up my teeth and take off the little nobs. I had requested that the lady doing it to please not grind down just two 2 specific teeth, that I wanted them to stay the same. I made it very clear, pointed at the teeth even with a mouth full of equipment. She said we would see how it looks with the other stuff done and let me decide whether I still wanted them... It was an amazing experience as always 🤗. I have been going to brooks landing dental for over 10 years. All the staff are super friendly and love our conversations. There are better dentists in town who will give you more for the same price you are paying here. I have been coming here for 15 years and the last 4 years have included some of the worst service and billing I have dealt with. Poor bedside manner from the female dentist, I assure you I am just as ashamed of my teeth no need to make it worse. The last 4 visits we have had to pay out of pocket due to issues with billing benefits. The assistant who cleaned my teeth was good and friendly but the dentist was rude and unprofessional, she also grinded my tooth down without asking me, all because a filler was slightly imperfect on the front tooth which never bothered me which i specifically said it doesnt when asked. Now i can feel the half ass dremel marks a year later for the 5 seconds of terrible work she did and charged me for.
I hadn't been to a dentist in many years. I was a little nervice to get my wisdom tooth pulled, I had been in incredible pain. They made me feel calm and relaxed while getting it out quick and painless. the recovery has been incredible. 0 out of 10 for pain. So they must of done a remarkable job. Thank you.
