My 4 year old son was so calm and comfortable getting his teeth cleaned and checked by the dentist and dental staff at Brooks landing. Everyone was very sweet to him and he was thrilled with his new Peppa pig tooth brush and small toy. The front desk staff are very good about booking next appointments and are not judgemental if you need to cancel or reschedule.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and unfortunately will now be changing dentists. Dr. McKenzie and the hygienists are absolutely fantastic but I have lost my confidence in the front end staff and have had nothing but problems since some new employees were brought on. Calling me while I’m driving to my appointment to postpone, not accommodating, lack of knowledge and on occasion just rude. I do not recommend.

Was a great experience, very liberal with the numbing gel. Super friendly staff and the girls at the front desk have a great playlist. Wasn't really expecting 2.5 hrs though

Appointment for 230 today . I was in the parking lot , When they called me to try to reschedule. They told me they were running behind. Not even a 30 minute warning, I was literally walking into my appointment. Like the last posted review, there is no acknowledgement to peoples busy schedules, or the time it takes to rearrange appointments. I cannot imagine trying to cancel someone, without even giving them a courtesy phone in advance . You cannot call a patient the time of their appointment , to try to reschedule. I would... read more

Love the ladies here. From the front desk all the way to the back chair. Very helpful and very good at their jobs. would recommend to anyone. Happy holidays ladies at brooks landing dental
