My 4 year old son was so calm and comfortable getting his teeth cleaned and checked by the dentist and dental staff at Brooks landing. Everyone was very sweet to him and he was thrilled with his new Peppa pig tooth brush and small toy. The front desk staff are very good about booking next appointments and are not judgemental if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointment for 230 today . I was in the parking lot , When they called me to try to reschedule. They told me they were running behind. Not even a 30 minute warning, I was literally walking into my appointment. Like the last posted review, there is no acknowledgement to peoples busy schedules, or the time it takes to rearrange appointments. I cannot imagine trying to cancel someone, without even giving them a courtesy phone in advance . You cannot call a patient the time of their appointment , to try to reschedule. I would... read more
For someone who has always had very high anxiety in regards to anything dental related, visiting this office was a very positive experience (several times). Great team of people, I am most grateful to have been referred to them.
I have been a patient at Brooks Landing Dental for nearly 20 years . The dentists, the hygienist, dental Assistants and front end staff are always so great to work with, they’ve always treated me with respect. On a recent visit I was impressed when the hygienists who did my last cleaning, took time to talk to me about my experience with a specialist that was recommend at my last appointment nearly 8 months ago. I cannot say enough good things about Brooks Landing Dental.
Don’t go here if you value your time, because they sure don’t. They unsympathetically cancelled my appointment on me with less than 24hrs notice. Very inconvenient as I have to book days off work for daytime appointments weeks in advance, and often double up appointments with the orthodontist, which I did in this case, to avoid taking unnecessary days off. They had the nerve to suggest that I cancel my orthodontist appointment and move it to a day that worked for them. I’m sure if I cancelled in such short notice they would ... read more
