I am impressed by the level of customer care and quality and will happily return for regular dental services. Upon my first visit for a full cleaning, I was not impressed by the hygienist who only scaled 3/4 of my teeth and left the others untouched, not even utilizing the full hour for the service. I was to be booked in for another cleaning (the only appointment being 5 months later) to finish my teeth. Awesome — attentive, professional, and very organized. Friendly and helpful staff. My experience: Had a filling and found it was still very sensitive 6 months later. I incorrectly thought it was a problem with the filling, and brought it up during a recent cleaning (aka totally last-minute). While I only had the cleaning scheduled, clinic staff collaborated to make time for an impromptu x-ray and dentist to quickly perform some tests, discuss, and share tips/advice. I have been going to Brush Dental Clinic for years now and every visit has been a fantastic experience. The visit begins and ends with Wendy at the front desk who is consistently pleasant and ensures I have several future follow-up appointments booked in advance as the clinic can get very busy. Rosa, my hygienist, is meticulous in the teeth cleaning and provides detailed guidance on spots I should pay extra attention to. I also really enjoy my chats with her during the cleaning. My 3 year-old has been very wary of the dentist, and we hadn’t cracked how to keep her in the chair. She was very worried about her appointment, but immediately Rosa made her feel comfortable, even using our kids big sister as an assistant. Rosa is magical and kind. It was a really great experience! We love Brush Dental.
The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient answering the questions that you may have with their best of their knowledge. They also advise you with different options. The checking, cleaning and sealing experience was really quick and professional. The dentist and assistant were very friendly with the kids.
