I recommend this place because they do a fantastic job and they update appointments ahead of time. Overall, my experience and results great and I am satisfied with their service. However, I do have one concern. When I had my tooth filled, the dentist did not explain to me what kind of injection or medication he was giving. He did not tell me that he would inject freezing anesthesia in my mouth. He just injected it without informing me, and I felt the needle on my gum. I recently switched dentists over to Brush Dental Clinic at their Victoria location. I never liked the dentist because I always seemed to have to do my own paperwork and never felt really welcomed or cared for by my dentists, however when I switched over to Brush Dental I immediately felt a change! I had a great experience at Brush Dental on Victoria Drive. Dr. Victoria Wong was really helpful and explained everything clearly about my teeth and treatment options. She didn’t rush anything and made sure I understood what was going on. The staff were friendly and the whole place felt clean and organized. You can tell they care about their patients and take the time to do things right. I saw Dr Chen because part of a molar broke off. She discussed the options available to me then put a temporary cap over the spot so it wouldn’t get impacted with chewing. Thank you Dr Chen for being able to fit me in. Now I have the permanent cap and it’s a perfect fit and match for my other teeth. I find Dr. Chen very professional and happy a great combination.
