I had my teeth checked a while ago for sensitivity and toothache and the doctor was carrying and they didn't rush or do anything unless it was necessary and advised me to book for cleaning to monitor the teeth. Later on I had my teeth cleaning at the clinic and it was amazing. The hygienist was caring and attentive to my challenges and needs. I highly recommend this clinic.

Im still feeling the switch from my wonderful Dr. Russell. This group just hasn't settled in for me. Every time I've visited there has been a billing error that Ive needed to point out. Yesterday I expected to see the dentist following my cleaning to be told she has changed her in office schedule so was not there. This was disappointing. While I like the dentist and feel the hygienist does a great job, the office is just that, an office.

She made sure I was comfortable in the chair and rubbed my gums with an anaesthetic cream, did a thorough cleaning with regular stops to vacuum the excess fluid . I have severe arthritis and I really appreciated the care the hygienist gave me.

My dental hygienist seemed a bit inpersonal and a bit rushed, since I arrived a tiny bit late. Her suggestions were very "a matter of fact" with not much discussion. She cleaned my teeth in a timely manner, but didn't even offer me a toothbrush or floss or carry out bag of any kind. She was a supply hygienist for this office.

Just moved to Burlington and was looking for a new dental office . Called with pain due to an infection. They were able to get me in the same day, took some x-rays and gave me a prescription for the infection. Very caring staff.
