I had come in recently for a routine cleaning and check up. I was very happy with Kathy’s attentiveness to my cleaning. Dr. Rola did my exam and gave me some options regarding some chronic pain I was having related to my clenching issue and offered different options and not just a night guard. Dentists only offered me night guards in the past but Dr. Rola had great chairside manner and was able to give me unique options! Thanks for everything!
One of the best experiences I have had at a dental practice! Dr. Nick was knowledgeable without being belittling, which is hard to find. When you struggle with your mental health, the dentist can seem extremely daunting, but this place was the opposite! Everyone was extremely kind and the service was exceptional! I can’t say enough good things!
All my family and friends went to Dr Russell from the start of his career until he passed. He was the best! Very disappointed that the new dentist did not contact people to let them know they were taking over the practice. I did not know till I went to my first appointment and the people were all different. No introduction and a very cold atmosphere. BFD clinic is a wonderful dental clinic.The first and last person you see is Office Mgr Nicole who always greets you with a warm smile and pleasant greeting. I have been seeing Dr. Rola for well over a year for many dental issues. She is a very skilled dentist and wonderful person,always checking that you are comfortable during procedures and discusses with you what her plan is and why.
