Very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. My appointment was on time, the hygienist was friendly, professional, gentle and did a fantastic job. Dr. Burns was a pleasure to talk to and very astute discussing and recommending a solution to an issue I've been dealing with for several years. Excellent first experience and based on this, I would highly recommend Burns Dentistry.
Friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable staff. They take great care of my family's teeth and make the whole cleaning process more pleasant than other places I've been to. Scheduling the next cleaning at the end of an appointment is a breeze. They're fast and efficient which helps with the motivation to maintain regular checkups. Highly recommended!
Every experience with these wonderful people has been gentle, professional, and pleasant. I didn't go to a dentist much for 57 years. My teeth are horrible. They helped me get through the process of a complete upper and lower denture replacement. The process is nearly complete, and I'm just waiting for surgery now. Dr. Burns' office stands out for its exceptional care and uplifting atmosphere. Every staff member I've encountered has been incredibly kind and welcoming. It's clear that Dr. Burns places a high value on creating a supportive and considerate team, which truly enhances the patient experience.
This was one of the very few places that was still accepting new patients. Very quick and efficient, the waiting room had a very clean yet cozy atmosphere and the receptionist was kind. Was a little nervous and asked if my husband could come with me, and they let him sit next to me which helped me relax. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell just by looking that one of my teeth was a primary tooth, and asked if i had that xrayed for the presence of a root.
