Every experience with these wonderful people has been gentle, professional, and pleasant. I didn't go to a dentist much for 57 years. My teeth are horrible. They helped me get through the process of a complete upper and lower denture replacement. The process is nearly complete, and I'm just waiting for surgery now. Dr. Burns' office stands out for its exceptional care and uplifting atmosphere. Every staff member I've encountered has been incredibly kind and welcoming. It's clear that Dr. Burns places a high value on creating a supportive and considerate team, which truly enhances the patient experience.
This was one of the very few places that was still accepting new patients. Very quick and efficient, the waiting room had a very clean yet cozy atmosphere and the receptionist was kind. Was a little nervous and asked if my husband could come with me, and they let him sit next to me which helped me relax. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell just by looking that one of my teeth was a primary tooth, and asked if i had that xrayed for the presence of a root. I called on Monday morning with an urgent dental issue (abscess that wasn’t responding to antibiotics), and the receptionist called back as promised within a couple hours with a spot to see me the next day for a consult.
