Being in my mid-30s and never have gone to a dentist, I was very worried (and embarrassed). Dr. Raj and his team made me feel very welcomed and quickly took away the nerves. All staff were very friendly and professional. I got some cleaning done and some cavity filling and Dr. Raj and his colleague Kate made me feel very easy and explained everything that was being done. I would highly recommend Cambridge Smiles to anyone and will be taking the rest of my family there as well!
Dr. Natt and Dr. Raj are exceptional, caring, family focused dentists. We are so very pleased we are an able to be their patients. They focused on our care more than anything. Dr. Natt took time to explain unnecessary costs we would have been responsible for. They make us feel like we are family and they have an incredible team working with them. They deserve more stars than five!
Since my first visit to Cambridge Smiles, every experience has been really positive. Kim and Crystal at the front desk are always welcoming and make check‑in easy. I’ve had both Melissa and Hannah as my hygienists, and they’re both friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I cannot say enough amazing things about Cambridge Smiles Family Dentistry. After having a really bad experience elsewhere where I was made to feel like I wasn’t a valued client and definitely not like I had found my “dental home,” I developed serious dental anxiety and honestly dreaded going to the dentist. I was a patient of (Dr. Boyd’s) in the 90s/ 2000s when Cambridge Smiles was in a different plaza. When she retired and sold the practice, I tried a new dentist at another practice for a while, but in 2024 I decided to return to Cambridge Smiles.
