Since my first visit to Cambridge Smiles, every experience has been really positive. Kim and Crystal at the front desk are always welcoming and make check‑in easy. I’ve had both Melissa and Hannah as my hygienists, and they’re both friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. It's always a pleasure getting my dental work done here. The staff is consistently friendly, which makes every visit easy and stress-free. Dr. Raj is incredibly understanding and takes the time to clearly explain each procedure in a way that’s both informative and reassuring. I've had quite a bit of dental work done this year, and every experience has been smooth and positive.
Every where you look there are dentist offices in Cambridge. I would think for the most part they would offer similar services and professionalism. I've been going to this clinic for years! It's changed hands a few times. Kim has been the familiar face for me, thank you for being here all these years. Hanna is my hygienist the last few times, she is amazing I really like her. Dr. Natt is my dentist now, he is very nice, caring and knowledgeable.
