Since my first visit to Cambridge Smiles, every experience has been really positive. Kim and Crystal at the front desk are always welcoming and make check‑in easy. I’ve had both Melissa and Hannah as my hygienists, and they’re both friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve been coming to Cambridge Smiles Family Dentistry for a while now, and every visit has been exceptional! Dr. Natt is absolutely amazing—professional, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Hanna, who does my cleanings, is fantastic! I've been going to this clinic for years! It's changed hands a few times. Kim has been the familiar face for me, thank you for being here all these years. Hanna is my hygienist the last few times, she is amazing I really like her. Dr. Natt is my dentist now, he is very nice, caring and knowledgeable.
Every where you look there are dentist offices in Cambridge. I would think for the most part they would offer similar services and professionalism. So what's the difference from one dentist office from the other. It's the people. At Cambridge smiles the people are the difference. My check up and cleaning were thorough. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and supportive. Always willing to answer any and all questions.
