I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Pediatric Dentistry. I came in feeling completely overwhelmed with a fussy toddler, and from the moment I walked through the door, they showed nothing but patience and kindness. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or stressed, they stepped in to help in such a calm and understanding way. The staff truly listened to me and made me feel heard. I needed an emergency appointment for my toddler and was accommodated the same day. Dr. Gordon has a very caring and understanding disposition. He works very well with children and freaked out moms :-) I also witnessed Dr. Gordon using appropriate resources to work with a Spanish speaking client. I'm happy with my decision to bring my little ones to this practice.
Dr. Gordon is by far the best pediatric dentist I have ever been to. My kids love coming to his office and he is always gentle, caring and shows genuine concern regarding the kids dental hygiene.The front office staff and other staff are always so polite and give off the vibes of loving what they do and working for him. Need more like him. Thanks for all you do.
Doctor Gordon and his team were amazing from checking in at the front desk, walk through to the dental chairs, showing my daughters their special characters to brush their teeth and make them feel comfortable, a lunch box of play foods of what’s good for their teeth to eat and what is not and their initial cleaning and checking for anything out of the ordinary. Excellent, establishment is clean, staff very professional and friendly. D.R. Nick is amazing with the little ones. My daughter is 2 and she didn't cry. I couldn't believe it. I'm happy to have been referred to his office. Thank you!
