I've been visiting Capitol Dentistry for over 10yrs, and the level of service is top-notch. Dr. Anderson is thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about long-term dental health. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming "a home away from home" feels like family. The office is clean, modern and calming. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. Truly a 5-star experience!
Capitol Dentistry is an excellent, highly organized office in every aspect and a pleasant place to visit. I've had a wonderful experience with them from a first moment I dialed their phone number. I’ve had a great experience with this dental office. I completed my Invisalign treatment here, and the results have been amazing. The team is very professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I also had a cleaning done last week, and everything was excellent as always. The quality of care is outstanding, and they truly pay attention to every detail. Highly recommend — everything is top-notch and fabulous!
Absolutely unacceptable and by far one of the most unprofessional clinics I’ve ever dealt with. My morning appointment, booked a week in advance, was cancelled just over an hour before I was supposed to arrive. I was offered a random time in the middle of the workday because of an alleged “emergency” then told there was no availability for the rest of the week. The phone communication was shocking. I met with Dr. Phil and his wonderful staff. I was impressed by how smooth and stablished the office is. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile which I find rare now a days in many business. The front desk was clear and informative when discussing dental treatment.
