I have been going to Care on banks for 6 years and recently made the switch to pandosy. I absolutely love the friendliness and genuine care that the staff provides. I have visited the pandosy location twice now, with Jenine as my hygienist - she is so skilled at her job, very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes getting your teeth cleaned feel like a spa session. You have such an amazing team! From the very beginning, I felt cared for. Brittany was so supportive, patient and helpful when I called about my appointment. Sheyda welcomed me so warmly, she's quite organized too, making my application so seamlessly! Jack and Ashley are amazing! Had to get an emergency appointment for a chipped filling. Was able to get the filling fixed quicker then Jack expected. Ashely was so nice and very accommodating. They have Netflix 👌 thanks agian!
The care I received was excellent. They were very clear with all the information, the customer service, the treatment, the support, and the way they answered all my questions. The staff was very kind and attentive, and they gave me a very thorough cleaning that, apparently, I hadn’t had in quite some time. I felt that they truly cared about my dental health and about making sure I was doing well. They were very kind, professional, and I totally recommend them.
Totally a pleasure to have dental services performed by this location. From the front desk to hygienist and finally to payment were all so efficient and personable. Even the lobby wall graphics demonstrated their attention to comfort of the client.
