I had a great experience at Care Dental at Pandosy St for my recent fillings. The Patient Service Coordinator, Brittany, kindly accommodated me by scheduling my appointment sooner and ensured everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I also want to thank Ms. Tanniel for her friendly and welcoming approach, which made the visit much more comfortable. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service provided by the team!
I have been going to Care on banks for 6 years and recently made the switch to pandosy. I absolutely love the friendliness and genuine care that the staff provides. I have visited the pandosy location twice now, with Jenine as my hygienist - she is so skilled at her job, very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes getting your teeth cleaned feel like a spa session. You have such an amazing team! From the very beginning, I felt cared for. Brittany was so supportive, patient and helpful when I called about my appointment. My daughter had to get an emergency root canal. Dr. Amar Bhatt was so thorough! He took an extra 45 min and found that tiny 4tn canal. We are very impressed!
The care I received was excellent. They were very clear with all the information, the customer service, the treatment, the support, and the way they answered all my questions. The staff was very kind and attentive, and they gave me a very thorough cleaning that, apparently, I hadn’t had in quite some time. I felt that they truly cared about my dental health and about making sure I was doing well. They were very kind, professional, and I totally recommend them.
