Very genuinely caring staff; an assistant held my hand during the freezing process because I was worried about adverse effects. The effect I was worried about didn't end up occurring, but it was still great to have such supportive and caring staff for my first visit in over 5 years! The care I received was excellent. They were very clear with all the information, the customer service, the treatment, the support, and the way they answered all my questions. The staff was very kind and attentive, and they gave me a very thorough cleaning that, apparently, I hadnāt had in quite some time.
