My parents had an excellent experience at this dental clinic and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they received. Dr Martel is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and ensuring they felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. A series of bad experiences. First appointment, they kept interrupting me to say that my problem did not exist (went to a different dentist and it did, in fact, exist. Shockingly.) and also not great at patient care in general. some of the harshest, most painful cleanings I've ever experienced. I'm not a fan of the dentist at the best of times, but after 3 bad experiences, I decided it wasnt worth a 4th chance.
Exceptional service from every person that I have dealt with. Perfect location inside the mall with free parking and public transit at the door. I came from another dentist for two fillings but neither one was needed, they were just shadows on the X-ray. Highest recommendation from me.
The team at Carlingwood Dental are phenomenal. Catia and Jackie are on the ball leading the way. Dr.Connolly provided excellent care and made my first crown feel like a breeze. Highly recommend the friendly and talented staff here for any of your dental needs.
The staff here are wonderful. As a person with a lifelong fear of dentists, I have complete confidence in Dr. Connelly.
