I went to Carlton Dental as a new patient for a cleaning, a checkup, and to fix fix any cavities I might've developed over the last few years. My cleaning was quick and thorough, and the checkup revealed that I've gotten 7 cavities. I also let Dr. Keem know that I have a crown that had been placed about 7 years ago. So he took an X-ray and let me know that there's a small crack and also gave me a referral to an endodontist who can check it out. I had a check-up and cleaning done here, I like that their hours go into the evening so I can go after work. The receptionist was nice, new patients are accepted in an efficient manner, forms are filled out on an iPad. Text reminders are also given in the days before appointments to confirm. They have direct billing to insurance. Dr Keem gave me a check-up, he was very efficient but thorough. worst dentist i’ve ever been to. Went here for a checkup + a crown in 2023 and had a terrible experience. He told me i had multiple cavities in every single one of my molars. He did fillings on all of my upper teeth, drilled out every single tooth. My upper molars don’t even have the shape/indents of a natural tooth anymore, they’re just completely smooth. I usually get a bit anxious about dental appointments, but Carlton Dental always makes it a breeze. Dr. Keem was incredibly gentle and explained everything clearly. The entire team, from reception to the hygienist, made me feel completely at ease. A truly positive dental experience!
