I changed dental clinics to find one closer to home and I am glad we gave it a try. This is a great clinic. Nice, friendly staff and they are very thorough. *Update: I had to get a filling after my initial visit and it was it was a painless and quick process. This is the complete opposite of my experience with my old dentist. I am more impressed each time I visit the clinic!
Had a severe toothache for several days, then called Carrington Dental Centre. Hailey was very helpful in setting up the appointment and with any questions I had. Dr. Magda Munoz's assistant quickly did the preliminary assessment, which resulted in an extraction. Dr. Munoz is very professional and explains the process well. I’m going to give a 5 star review as I’ve been to two other dentist offices in West Kelowna. Myself and family haven’t had good vibes. 2.years and we finally found a dentist that our whole family is comfortable and likes the way we are all treated. Great service, great front desk ladies and everyone has just been so wonderful to deal with. Our family of 7 will continue to come to this office.
I’ve never had an issue with going to the dentist, but I know that’s not the case for everyone. If you’re someone who feels anxious or hesitant, I highly recommend this clinic. The entire team—from reception to dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists—is friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Dr Munoz is fantastic. She is a great dentist and always so friendly and personable. She recommended some cosmetic work to my teeth and I’m so glad I took her advice, my smile has never looked better! The staff are also great- always pleasant and always helpful! It makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.
