From day-one, I have been thoroughly impressed with Dr. Peterson and his team. The entire team is incredibly professional, yet personable. The attention to detail and patience in explaining procedures for regular cleanings (not to mention emergency tooth removal for members of my young family), as well as elaborating on observations from check-ups and x-rays (etc.) has been appreciated. 5 stars I recently had a root canal at Castle Crossing Dental, and the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Peterson was outstanding—professional, efficient, and genuinely personable. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure as it happened, which made me feel completely at ease and well-informed throughout. A big shout-out also goes to Hayley, his dental assistant. It is really hard changing dentists. But when I walked in to Cattle Crosding Dental, it was a very clean... welcoming atmosphere.... The staff were so friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable... Dr Peterson helped me with kindness and precision to fix my problem.. I was recommended to visit this clinic and for sure will recommend you other people...thank You
All staff were super friendly and patient, there was music playing and free use television, very little waiting time and utmost efficiency. Beyond that, I am extremely terrified of needles and the dentists were very courteous, ensuring my comfort and answering any questions I had. They were both super supportive and changed my experience from something to dread and stress about to smooth and relieving. I’m very grateful to everyone at Castle Crossing. Thank you!
Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The dental hygienist did a great job, and explained exactly what she was doing and why. Dr. Pederson did a root canal for me, and he was both kind and gentle. I had no pain the next day. I would highly recommend.
