5 stars I recently had a root canal at Castle Crossing Dental, and the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Peterson was outstanding—professional, efficient, and genuinely personable. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure as it happened, which made me feel completely at ease and well-informed throughout. A big shout-out also goes to Hayley, his dental assistant. All staff were super friendly and patient, there was music playing and free use television, very little waiting time and utmost efficiency. Beyond that, I am extremely terrified of needles and the dentists were very courteous, ensuring my comfort and answering any questions I had. They were both super supportive and changed my experience from something to dread and stress about to smooth and relieving. I’m very grateful to everyone at Castle Crossing. Thank you!
Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The dental hygienist did a great job, and explained exactly what she was doing and why. Dr. Pederson did a root canal for me, and he was both kind and gentle. I had no pain the next day. I would highly recommend.
The staff at Castle Crossing Dental are amazing. I went for a cleaning and the hygienist was so gentle and kind, knowledgeable and listens, but unfortunately for me she found a small cavity. 😔 I needed to get this fixed as soon as possible so they put me on a waiting list. I did not have to wait very long as a few hours later a spot came available. I had a great experience with Dr. Fraser Peterson at Castle Crossing Dental in Pincher Creek. During my filling, he made sure I was comfortable the entire time and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which really helped put me at ease. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Professional, caring, and thorough, I would definitely recommend Dr. Peterson and his clinic.
