One of the best experiences I have had when having a tooth extracted. Dr. Ikonomou and his assistant were very compassionate and professional. He advised me of every step he was taking. He made sure that I understood the steps to take after the procedure. I have seen many dentists in my lifetime and he is the best.
I recently moved to Kingston and needed to find a new dentist. After some basic research into the different options in town I decided to try this one out. I’m very happy I did. They are all very friendly and they appear to have all the very latest in dental technology equipment. They are also very organized. Their waiting area is large and comfortable but hardly necessary because I haven’t had to wait more than a few minutes for any of my appointments so far. Everyone I've dealt with has been great. Dr. Lee was especially patient and thorough, making sure my issue and concerns were taken care of. They even helped make sure that it was all resolved before I leave for a vacation. No pesky tooth pain on my week off!
I have been a patient here for 9 years and have always had positive experiences. All staff are skilled, kind and professional. I have had two situations where I needed to be seen quickly and had no issues being taken care of. They are phenomenal dealing with my son as well.
It was such a nice experience. The hygienist did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth and was so relatable and easy to talk to. She was compassionate and understanding when the electric tooth polisher was hurting my sensitive teeth. Love this place, wish I could visit more often...sort of.
