I was greeted at reception with a hello and Amanda did my cleaning and exam , then Dr.Chiu was so kind , gentle and straight forward. Looking forward to having this as my new family dentist !
Everyone at this office is so friendly! The space is modern, clean, and inviting! I’ve had great care and treatment from Dr. Chiu and Dr. Vien along with the dental assistants! Highly recommend this small town dental clinic! It’s very family friendly :)
All staff are always pleasant, efficient, kind and competent, and have been for the decades our family have been patients. Patients receive email and text reminders before appointments. Dentists, dental assistants and hygienists always make sure patients are comfortable and informed prior to and during procedures. The new clinic is one level, easily accessible and is welcoming, spacious, bright and clean. Dr. Chiu and Dr. Vien have done such a beautiful job with their brand new clinic location. It’s a clean and modern space with the most up to date technology. I would highly recommend this husband/wife duo if you’re looking for an ethical and honest family dental clinic. Such a wonderful addition to the Cayuga community!
Great staff, administrators are very easy to talk to. Dr Victoria is amazing, the hygienists are all really great, as well.
