Dr.Chiu is the best dentist I have ever had. So grateful for him. I trust him completely. He is so gentle that I don’t even feel the needle going in. Explains everything as he’s going along, so there is no surprises all of the staff including reception. I have never had to wait In waiting room, they have had to wait for me as I use the washroom prior.lol I am recently going through getting implants and I highly recommend Family Dental Care10 out of 10.
All staff are always pleasant, efficient, kind and competent, and have been for the decades our family have been patients. Patients receive email and text reminders before appointments. Dentists, dental assistants and hygienists always make sure patients are comfortable and informed prior to and during procedures. The new clinic is one level, easily accessible and is welcoming, spacious, bright and clean. Everyone at this office is so friendly! The space is modern, clean, and inviting! I’ve had great care and treatment from Dr. Chiu and Dr. Vien along with the dental assistants! Highly recommend this small town dental clinic! It’s very family friendly :)
The staff are always very friendly, accommodating, and make you feel welcome. Dr. Ben is the most gentle dentist I have ever had. He explains the procedure ahead of time, gives you a heads up of what you may hear or feel during, and after he patiently answers any questions. He’s awesome with kids - very calm and again includes them in explaining steps. Hygienists and Assistants are always thorough and make you feel cared for.
This is my third visit at family dental Care in Cayuga. Everyone is very nice there The staff is great and I had some work done by Dr Jen amazing dentist would recommend her highly.
