From the moment of my arrival, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. All of the staff were very friendly and personable. I was nervous, but the dental hygienist, Taylor put me at ease and made me feel cared for. Both the dentist and surgeon were very skilled at preforming my procedures gently and with minimal pain. I also really appreciated Dr Chiu explaining everything in an easy to understand way that helped me make informed decisions without any pressure. Thank you everyone! Highly recommend!
My family and myself have been clients at this office for many, many years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. An appointment at any dentist can be very stressful for some people. The staff here do a fabulous job of creating a comfortable and less stressful environment with their friendliness, efficiency, and their use of specific tools to create as little pain as possible for each and every visit. I highly recommend giving this office a go for your next dental needs.
I always have a great experience. The staff are always very friendly. Dentists are great. Always a positive experience. Specialized dentists they bring in are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this office.
Dr.Chiu is the best dentist I have ever had. So grateful for him. I trust him completely. He is so gentle that I don’t even feel the needle going in. Explains everything as he’s going along, so there is no surprises all of the staff including reception. I have never had to wait In waiting room, they have had to wait for me as I use the washroom prior.lol I am recently going through getting implants and I highly recommend Family Dental Care10 out of 10.
All staff are always pleasant, efficient, kind and competent, and have been for the decades our family have been patients. Patients receive email and text reminders before appointments. Dentists, dental assistants and hygienists always make sure patients are comfortable and informed prior to and during procedures. The new clinic is one level, easily accessible and is welcoming, spacious, bright and clean.
