I had a great experience at Cedar Dental Centre! All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Amy, the dental hygienist, was both efficient and accommodating, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Tracy (I believe that was her name) was also very personable and made me feel at ease. I really appreciated the warm and professional atmosphere.
I went in for a cleaning. The office is clean and inviting. The staff is always polite and welcoming. My hygienist was great too. Professional and efficient but she made the time to chat too. I've been a patient for approximately 25 years so that says how I feel about them. Great group!
I haven't seen a dentist in well over 30 years, let alone had any dental work done. Dr. Hill and the staff at Cedar Dental were friendly, understanding and very patient. They helped me understand the treatments, took the time to ensure i was comfortable and answered any questions I had. Being a very anxious person, I was relieved with the ease and effectiveness of my visits and would highly recommend Cedar Dental to my friends and family. Thank you Dr Hill and staff!
I am a new patient and just had my first experience here - it was a wonderful visit! The staff were all super friendly and put me at ease. Everyone was very patient and walked me through the process step by step. I would highly recommend this practice!!
I was greeted by the practice manager Sharon who was very welcoming and professional The hygienist Tracy was very understanding about sensitive teeth and applied a numbing gel which made the experience of a deep clean extra comfortable and gave me full confidence for future visits. I am new to this practise but was so happy to be able to register with this clinic and was thrilled that they billed directly to CDCP
