Was on vacation and had a complex dental issue that Dr Pitcher was amazing at fixing ! I was able to book an appointment and have it all taken care of in less than 24hrs. The office is beautiful, the staff are super friendly, Dr Pitcher has an amazing personality and is very knowledgeable with years of experience! The whole appointment was completely stress free and rather relaxing. Everything was super simple even with using out of province insurance. As much as I love our dentist- sitting in a chair for a total of 3 minutes to take one quick glance, make a referral and see us on our way with a $78 bill to pay is a little steep. I didn't realize it would cost that much to sit for a few minutes. We literally recieved no service other than some advice. I expected better than that for the cost we paid after years of being regular clients.
I have had a great experience at Cedar Ridge Dental. I am very impressed with the facility itself - the friendliness of the staff and the great work that Dr Andrew did on my teeth!
I'm from out of town. They took me immediately as an emergency. Janice explained why I'd require an xray, & Dr.Pitcher did the best he could with a temporary solution. He outlined several permanent options to consider, including the advantages & disadvantages of each. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Today I had a filling come loose. I was worried that my tooth cracked so I called Cedar Ridge and they gave me an appointment right away and Dr. Pitcher replaced my loose filling and made my tooth look great - all in just over a half hour. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed!!
